Great place because it was close to downtown and a lot of other things to do. We loved the decor and how homey it felt. Sara was very kind and great with communicating.

This is our second stay at the Farmhouse Inn. Both times we have invited 4 other couples for a weekend of fun and relaxation. We brought our own food drinks and cooked great meals and had a great time together. We watch UNL Volleyball and walked around the property. We went to Hartington and had good beer at the brew pub. They also had live music. It was a great trip. The house is great for 4 couples. The kitchen is the best of any airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Lots of plate, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils etc.... It is large and easy to cook in. The beds are comfortable. The internet works well. The property is private and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents it self.

This place is very clean and nicely appointed. We arrived late and Leah turned on lights inside and outside for us so we didn’t have to fumble with the key in the dark. It is an easy drive to the Sanford Premier Center and Howard Wood Field as well as very close to downtown. We enjoyed the Manna Bakery a block away. They had amazing breakfast burritos! Loved our stay here!

we had the best stay in Sioux Falls. Sheilas place was in walking distance to UFS where my daughter's competition was. close to everything and Walgreens right across the street. the house is off a busy road but has a great back yard and the neighborhood is beautiful. Sheila has Wonderful sites to visit for local events and I ran a local road race and my husband and I went to an awesome show. If you want a good 1 mile walk to the city it's beautiful and we felt very safe. or an easy drive. my older son Loved the local skate park and mer several great kids. the house is just as described and more. the kitchen is fully stocked and everything works well. Sheila was so responsive and if we are ever in Sioux Falls again I would book again In a heartbeat!

It is a great place to stay while visiting Sioux Falls. Close to Both colleges and restaurants and stores. Highly recommend.

We loved the “Main Attraction!” A friend & I traveled with our two dogs for a little girls getaway + the Rascal Flatts concert. Kari’s place supplied everything we needed & then some! It was the perfect size. I loved being able to park my vehicle in the garage, the beds were very comfortable, bedrooms had plenty of space, used the beautiful fireplace every morning/night, and the fenced-in yard was a major perk for our dogs! We walked the neighborhood several times & felt very comfortable/right at home. The home was extremely clean, and Kari was extremely accommodating and responsive! We had a little mishap with the coffee maker being on the fritz during our third morning, and Kari was so very kind to bring us a new one almost immediately upon notifying her- which we were very grateful for! My friend & I would hands-down both give our experience a 10/10, and would highly recommend the Main Attraction to anyone visiting the Sioux Falls area!

Excellent stay at a wonderful place! We were able to have a relaxing and comfortable weekend together with friends and family and this listing provided the perfect setting and was absolutely true to its description and had everything we needed. Our host Autumn was not only highly responsive whenever we communicated with her but also helpful, professional, and clear in her communication. Every aspect of the stay exceeded our expectations and I would stay again without hesitation!

Great host and great place to stay! Great amenities for a long or short stay. We came to visit family right down the road and enjoyed having them over to the hot tub. Responsive and helpful host. Everything was clean when we arrived.

James's home was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for our entire extended family for a weekend getaway. Everything was as pictured/described. The kids loved the movie room. James went above and beyond as a host. Truely one of the best experiences we have had.

I return to stay in Robert and Teresa’s place for so many reasons. First of all they (including Miranda) understand the importance of offering a fragrance free place and are so helpful with whatever is needed. The decor is so homey and cozy but not overdone like some Victorian places. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want, but there are so many great restaurants in Sioux Falls you might not cook much. I will definitely be returning again and again.

I would recommend the Brady House to anyone. the house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows and anything else you need. and it was so nice to have a great washer and dryer., with soap provided. plenty of plates, glasses, pans and utensils in the kitchen. the house sits in a peaceful area. my family and I had a wonderful stay there, I wish it could have been longer. Kayla was always readily available also.

My boyfriend and I had the most incredible weekend getaway at Stephanie’s place. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home. Stephanie was an outstanding host: responsive, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to creating a five-star experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort and it made all the difference. This stay exceeded all of our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back.
