The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

דירה קטנה ומקסימה שיש בה הכל! דירת חדר מרווחת במיקום מושלם במרכז העיר עם גישה נוחה לכל מקום - תחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית במרחק 2 דקות, רחוב הרצל, ככר העצמאות, שוק העיר, קניון השרון וחופי הים של נתניה - כולם במרחק הליכה, וגם כל הרחובות המרכזיים (סמילנסקי, שמואל הנציב, הרצל, שדרות בנימין). הדירה מוארת, מרווחות ונעימה מאוד ונמצאת בקומה 2 (אין מעלית). הרחוב שוקק במשך שעות היום, אבל חלונות הדירה לא בחזית ואין רעש. בשעות הערב הרחוב שקט מאוד. חניון מוזל משעה 14.00 נמצא ממול. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך :)
