We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

Замечательное жилье, лучшее место, где мы останавливались в Стамбуле. Стильная, уютная, чистая небольшая студия в историческом здании. Недостатка места для двоих мы не ощутили, для кратковременного пребывания - прекрасное место. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым - постельное белье, полотенца, шампуни, чай, кофе, посуда. Отличное расположение, в 5 минутах ходьбы от улицы Истикляль и метро Таксим без резких подъемов или спусков. Рядом кафе и магазины. Отзывчивый хозяин, прислал четкие инструкции по заселению и помог с хранением вещей после выселения даже несмотря на то, что в номере их оставить было нельзя. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Bu ilk airbnb deneyimimizdi ailecek 2 çocukla beraber kaldık. Serdar Bey giriş yapacağımız gün bizi evin konumu ve rahat giriş yapabilmemiz için yönlendirdi, evi gayet temizdi ve ihtiyaç olan herşey düşünülmüştü. Evin konumu Beşiktaş Çarşısına çok yakın bir adım mesafede. Sahile ve ulaşım araçlarına yürüme mesafesinde. Cafe, bar, restoran,market vs. ve kahvaltıcılar çok yakın. Bu kadar işlek bir yerde olmasına rağmen evin bulunduğu kısım sakin ve gece gürültü yok. Güvenilir bir muhitte. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir. Hem aile hem bireysel olarak kalınabilir. Serdar Bey de güleryüzlü, dost canlısı anlayışlı bir beyefendi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Very good studio in a good location, everything is sparkling clean and brand new. The place had just been renovated a month ago. Internet was very stable aswell. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

The manager, Mr. Bashar, was very helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged transport for us to/from IST airport, we truly appreciated. The property is on flat land, just a 2-minute walk from Osmanbey Metro Station. The area is lively, plenty of eateries, cafes, & convenience stores nearby. It's a small duplex with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, sharing 1 bathroom. The staircase to the upper floor might be a bit steep for some, so do check if that’s a concern. The furniture is a little dated but still functional. There are two TVs—in living room & in main bedroom (a few satellite channels), but the remote for the living room TV needs fixing (before the next guest). The location is excellent—just one metro stop to Taksim & on M2 line. Can reach almost all major attractions via Metro/Tram connections, so there's really no need to stay right in the middle of the tourist zone. A great place to stay with a fantastic location. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Istanbul nisantasi, wir sind mit der Lage mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet. Die Kommunikation war 1A, wir waren 2 Frauen und mussten auch abends zu einer Apotheke da wir am ersten Tag die Gegend noch nicht einschätzen konnten hat Can bey uns begleitet. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben, er war sehr sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir sind sehr glücklich diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben denn auch wer die Unterkunft vermietet spielt eine große Rolle und wir könnten zufriedener nicht sein. Diese Unterkunft werden wir jetzt immer buchen wenn wir in Istanbul sind. Einfach nur top Vielen vielen Dank

The apartment’s location and general appearance is as described and our stay was much better than expected (the area is one of the quite busy in general). It’s cozy and have its own atmosphere which bring you to the authentic Şişli and Nisantasi :)
