The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

I loved every minute of my stay. Very Spacious, bright, and clean apartment everything in the apartment was as advertised, I highly recommend. Located in a busy area, the location is close to public transportation. The Deptford DLR is a 3 minute walk. The Greenwich DLR and overground a 7 minute walk. Also close to local stores and restaurants.

Beautifully quiet and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment; cosy and warm with a comfortable bed and good strong shower. Very close to the town centre (only 5 minutes walk) and although it's on a relatively busy road there was very little traffic noise. Anna was a gracious and helpful host. I thoroughly recommend the place, it's a great place to stay.

This apartment is superbly located in a lovely town full of charming pubs, cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, and restaurants—all just a short walk away. We enjoyed being able to pop down the road for delicious coffees to bring back and savour. The apartment itself had great exposed beams, and we found the bathroom and kitchen excellent. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than we expected, with limited storage and slightly compact beds, but the premium location and historic charm of the building made up for it. If you're heading to the beach, we recommend Winchelsea over Camber.

A well situated property. Easy access to town centre and local amenities. Norman was an excellent host with great communication. The property was well equipped and spacious and as described. Very easy to find and off street parking was great. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. We really enjoyed our stay at Lawrence and Comfort's place. They were the perfect hosts, very friendly and quick to respond back to any concern we had. We found the flat a little cool, so Lawrence brought down a heater and thermometer which was much appreciated. They were unobtrusive hosts but naturally caring at the same time. The location was wonderful for us as it took little time to reach Central London by train from Bromley South station. Thanks Lawrence and Comfort for making our trip to London a very memorable one!

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment perfect for our long weekend. Nice private road in easy walking distance of town and seafront and used as a base for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Would definitely recommend it if looking to stay in that area again.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We had the most relaxing time. the accommodation was perfect, it really did look like the photos. It felt very clean and was so calming and peaceful. we loved the woodfire hot tub, and all the people that's dotted about at night time. it all felt so cosy and calm. I definitely recommend adding on an hour to your departure!

Where to start! if I could rate this stay a thousand stars I would!! the property was immaculate, homely and comfy . a gorgeous sitting room and outdoor space! beautiful decor and quiet bedrooms. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness due to my clean ocd phobia . Ollie was amazing very attentive in hosting the property and gave local recommendations and went out of his way to make sure the stay went well. looking to return soon, this property was 5 star and the service to match ! thank you for a relaxing break Kelly x

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

The house was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The host was very welcoming and organised, ensured we had all the necessary details. The place was easily accessible and in a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is even cozy enough and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with friends or family. Overall, it was a perfect place to call home.
