This spacious apartment is half a block from the harbor and easy walking distance of our very cute downtown area where all the faires and festivals take place! The 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the sleeper sofa is also a queen (very comfortable!) and if you have extra 'little people', the ottoman makes into a twin bed and there is also a rollaway bed and W/D.

It comes with a full-size kitchen, 2-bedrooms with Smart TV's, full bathroom, very fast Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, small fenced backyard, Level 2 EV charger, mini split AC in all rooms, and an always-on 6-seater hot tub.

Upstairs Craftsman Apartment-Walk to Everything

Cozy upstairs apartment in a turn of the century Craftsman home. One small bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen & bathroom, living room with a small bay area that is curtained off and has a dresser and twin bed (this room does not have a door, but has blackout curtains to separate the space from the living room. Foyer is shared with the downstairs apartment, but each apartment has it's own secure door. This apartment is not suitable for bicycle storage. Please no bikes in this apartment.

The studio apartment is located at the foot of Mt. Erie overlooking Lake Campbell. Just minutes away from Deception Pass, historic downtown Anacortes, and a short drive to La Conner. Island Gateway Anacortes Studio and Sauna

Bright, beautiful studio with full kitchen, coffee bar, private bath and outdoor fire pit. Adjacent outdoor cedar sauna that we share with our guests in both units. Minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.
