The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Double bed, all towels and linen included, TV, Wood Burner, quirky outdoor WC, shower and cooking area with a gas stove and a small BBQ. Kettle, tea, coffee, cooking pots and cutlery. Lovely 10 minute walk to Batemans Brewery and own centre which has numerous pubs, shops, takeaways. Train station with regular service to Skegness or 10 minute drive.

Hurricane, RAF Wainfleet

Hurricane is based on the old RAF Wainfleet site and was originally one of the auxiliary buildings to the control tower, which is now also operating as a holiday let. This 2 bedroom property can be configured with double beds or with twin beds in both bedrooms. There is also a sofa-bed allowing space for 6 guests to sleep in comfort. Hurricane has it's own private garden and hot tub. Pets are welcome at a charge of £20 per pet per stay.
