The house is tasteful, private, quiet, has amazing views, and has easy access to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, and activities. I was inspired by the scientists who previously stayed in my studio and worked at Los Alamos lab. This house is also ideal for members of the film industry as well as the Santa Fe Opera. There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. The price includes the NMGR Tax of 8.475%. The cleaning fee is weekly.
