This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Nybyggt eget hus i högt läge med terrass 2 min till buss (15 min till Gullmarsplan, 20 min till Slussen Stockholm city). Parkering ingår. Lakan, handdukar, förbrukningsvaror ingår. TV med Chromecast. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. 5 min till badsjö, 15 min till naturreservat. 2 min till matvaruaffär öppen alla dagar 08-22. 2 st cyklar ingår.
