Die Unterkunft in Brzac ist toll, wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Dominik war für Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Lage ist gut erreichbar, jedoch ist in Brzac selbst nicht viel los. Zwei Tavernen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, in ca 20 Minuten (1,3 km). Der Weg zur Badestelle ist ziemlich beschwerlich- lohnt sich aber. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und bedanken uns auf diesem Weg noch mal ganz herzlich bei unserem Gastgeber.

Alles war top. Dragan hat uns empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank stand Wein, Bier und ein sehr leckerer, selbstgemachter Likör. Das Haus ist für Individualisten geeignet. Alles funktioniert. Es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken. Einzig der Preis ist für die Nachsaison etwas hoch.

Tolle Unterkunft. Toller Pool. Ist weiter zu empfehlen.

We, a couple with a dog, had a beautiful stay at Villa Anna in the beginning of september We enjoyed some calm and relaxing beach days there. Diegos mother welcomed us really kind and she was a very caring host and were always happy to help. The location of the house is great, the area is quite but also near enough to walk to the center of lignano pineta with all the restaurants and little shops. The house has everything you need for a lovely stay. We would love to come back someday.

This place is very clean neat and tidy. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to the old town maybe 15 minutes. We were 4 people so all had our own rooms and the 2 bathrooms were fantastic. Loved everything about this place, definitely recommend

I had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely beautiful, and the host was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. They gave fantastic recommendations and were always quick to respond to any questions. There’s so much to explore in the area, with the coast less than a 30-minute drive away and plenty of charming towns nearby to visit. I can’t wait to return! (:

All was really, really perfect: big house in silent street in pedestrian area. Various beaches to choose from. Kastania beach at Sky bar was our favorite. Marija's meticulous descriprion of check-in and parking place is very helpful. It all contributes to a wonderful holiday week in Novigrad!

It was great staying at Sabina’s place. We felt at home and were extremely satisfied with the inside and the outside of the house. Sabina and Loredana spoilt our kids with attention and sweets. The house is perfect for families with small kids (ours are 5 years old, 2 years old and 9 months). Sabina kindly provided the crib and the high chair. The place is just a walk away from the sandy beach.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Filip per una settimana e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! L’appartamento è molto molto bello, recentemente ristrutturato, arredato con gusto, in maniera moderna e fornito di tutto quanto può essere necessario per passare una settimana. È sviluppato in altezza e gli spazi sono ben distribuiti, noi essendo in 6 siamo stati molto larghi, inoltre disponendo di molti bagni è molto comodo per un gruppo di amici. È posizionato nella zona ovest dell’isola, a pochi chilometri da alcune spiagge molto belle a nord, a soli 20 minuti da Veglia e a una mezz’oretta circa dalla parte meridionale dell’isola; molto comodo il parcheggio a pochi passi dalla casa e il giardinetto con la griglia. Filip come host è stato eccezionale, ci ha fatto trovare l’appartamento perfettamente pulito e in ordine alle 10 del mattino ed è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci indicazioni e consigli per quanto riguarda spiagge e ristoranti nell’isola. Super consigliato!

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het mooie huis met eetkeuken en gezellige tuin van Rudi en Petra. We voelden ons er meteen thuis. Het is een compact huis en slim en met oog voor detail ingericht. Complimenten voor de styling. De ligging is ook ideaal. Je loopt in 2 minuten naar de supermarkt en een pizzeria en je bent in 15 minuten in hartje Ljubljana ( Kongreski trg parkeergarage). Ook de snelweg ligt dichtbij maar hoor je niet. We misten alleen een koffiemachine ( tip koop een nespresso) nu gingen we steeds koffiedrinken bij de bar van de Spar. Het bed vonden we erg hard en er was ook kuilvorming. Goed om te weten. De airco is op de gang boven. Dat betekent dat je met alle slaapkamerdeuren open moet slapen want het was erg heet in de zomer. Overdag kun je lekker tochten want er zijn horren. Overall een topverblijf!

Appartement très propre, vaste, avec 2 cours de chaque côté de l'ensoleillement, il est climatisé (heureusement pour nous car la chaleur en aout est difficile). Il est décoré et aménagé avec goût, la décoration et les éléments sont très raffinés et agréables à l'œil! La blancheur (murs et sols) de l'appartement apporte paix et sérénité, et rappelle la Grèce. De nombreuses commodités sont déjà dans l'appartement (équipement torchon, linge de lit, de toilette, pq, .....) Raffaella est très aimable, et soucieuse de notre bien être, super séjour

Apartment is tidy and lovely. You will find everything you need in there, due to Olga‘s attention for detail. The location is in the heart of Izola. Also, you will receive a parking permission, which allows you to park on the public parking lots in Izola.

Vicinissimo al centro, check in flessibile, tutto adeguato, consigliato

La casa di Nadja e Kurt è perfetta, comoda, pulitissima, completa di tutto l'occorrente (in cucina, così come asciugamani, sapone). Kurt ci ha accolti con calore e disponibilità e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondata dal verde e dagli animali. Tutto perfetto. Grazie!

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten eines alten Ortskerns mit verwinkelten Gassen und malerischen Aussichtspunkten in die Umgebung mit dem Meer und Inseln. Vor dem Haus kann man direkt auf der Straße sitzen und das alte Dorfgefühl versuchen nachzuvollziehen. Alles, was man braucht gibt es fußläufig (Strand,Einkauf, Spielpl, Park, Kneipe/ Bar, Hafen) Das Haus war super ausgestattet, allenfalls eine echte Couch/ Sitzgelegenheiten zum Ausruhen am Abend hätten wir uns gewünscht. WLAN passte. Im Haus selbst ist eine steile unregelmäßige Treppe zu den Schlafräumen, der Parkplatz ist, je nach Saison, 100- 300 m entfernt und die Sträßchen sind - historisch gewachsen - steil und uneben, deshalb fände ich das Haus für kleinere Kinder o. Gehbehinderte eher ungeeignet. Wir haben die herbstl. Ruhe in Vrsar genossen und fanden gerade den historischen Charme toll, der sich mit dem modernen Stil der Einrichtung gut verbunden hat. Für uns war es perfekt.

Nous avons apprécié séjourner chez Kitiya. Le logement était très propre, spacieux et agréable à vivre. Il est très bien situé pas loin du centre ville de Ljubljana ! Kitiya nous a également donné de précieux conseils de visites et a toujours été très réactive. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et recommandons ce logement à 100 %.

Marinko ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen freundlich begrüßt und die Gegend zeigt und Empfehlungen gibt. Wir mussten unerwartet unsere Pläne ändern, dennoch hat Marinko sehr menschlich und zuvorkommend reagiert. Eine super Unterkunft, schlicht und sauber und aufgrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent séjour. Marina est très accueillante, tout a été très clair. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très agréable avec terrasse à l'avant et à l'arrière. Le quartier est paisible et à quelques minutes de marche du centre ville ce qui est un gros avantage car très difficile d'accéder en véhicule en ville, stationnement cher et rare en haute saison. Egalement très proche du supermarche Kaufland L'appartement de Marina est parfait pour un séjour à Rovinj. Merci

Das neu renovierte Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (zum Strand, zum Einkaufszentrum). Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, davon jeweils zwei Doppelbetten, was für unsere Familie sehr wichtig war. Das Schwimmbad der Anlage ist direkt neben dem Haus. Die Kinder konnten baden gehen, während wir das Essen vorbereitet haben. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und besonders der Balkon neben dem oberen Bad, auf dem man die Wäsche zum Trocknen hängen kann. Nicole war sehr nett und flexibel. Schön ist auch verde mare. eine Anlage am Meer mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Pool. Nicole hat auch dies für uns organisiert. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Haus so kurzfristig verfügbar war.

This house was indeed big with a lot of free space. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms is quite the comfort too. The only disadvantage is small kitchen but if one person at the time is cooking its enough. Also very good internet which from my expierence isn't very common in area. I would definitly recommend this place to anyone.

A dream accomodation..Luxuriously designed in a perfect setting. Relaxing in the hot tub observing sunrise and sunset. Close to great beaches and other areas of interest. Everything is just brilliant. Tamara communicated in a very efficient way. I recommend this place to anyone, anytime!

Das Haus liegt ein bisschen abgeschieden vom Trubel, das ist aber auch genau, was wir wollten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten direkt am Hafen in Novigrad, wo man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und wenn etwas fehlt oder man mehr braucht (wie zB Toilettenpapier 😅) oder Empfehlungen für gutes Essen, dann antwortet Vlado sehr schnell über die App. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Schön erfrischend. Abends beleuchtet und schön groß. Es sind zwei kleine Häuschen nebeneinander mit insgesamt 3 ordentlich großen Betten in etwas kleineren Zimmern. Viel Platz ist nicht, aber wir waren die wenigste Zeit im Haus. 😊 Pro: Waschmaschine mit Kurzwaschgang 😅 Was besser sein könnte: die Ameisen waren manchmal sehr nervig & vllt ein kleines Nachtlicht für die Zimmer ☺️ Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vor allem, da wir wirklich die Ruhe gefunden haben, die wir wollten! 💕 Danke an dich lieber Vlado und deine Frau

Studio propre et bien rangé. belle terrasse. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Parking à côté est un plus. Rovinj est pas loin, à 15 min en voiture Maria est très sympa et réactive aux messages. Je recommande!
