Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was as described and super convenient to downtown as well as to Opry Mills. We were far enough from the busyness of downtown but close enough for an easy drive over! The house was perfect for our group and we loved the backyard! So much to offer and Jessica was proactive in ensuring our safety and ensuring we had the best stay possible!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! A perfect home for family gatherings. A fantastic great room for lounging. Very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Lot's of space. Large dining room table. Open layout. Great location, walkable to restaurants and other activities. It was a short drive to downtown Nashville, with a parking spot for guests. The pool was a nice bonus to cool off in after spending the day walking the city. We would recommend this property!

We spent a few days in this charming place, ideally located a few minutes drive away from downtown. All the amenities you could dream of to spend time with friends: swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, a pool table and beautiful upper deck to enjoy the views! Allie was super friendly and we spent a memorable time

Loved this home and the hosts. Made for a great trip with a toddler who was able to run and play in the yard instead of being coupled up in a hotel room. We had a small issue getting in initially but Craig was super responsive and helpful and got the issue resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the Triple B Property. We rented for our family as we traveled to the area to celebrate Easter. We had 3 generations toddlers, backyard large and clear for them to run around, WiFi access and board games for tweens, and the adults loved the gazebo. The host had clear instructions for every thing and plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. I would definitely rent again. It is conveniently located to grocery store and fast food.

This home is beautiful, cozy, quiet and accessible to shopping and the interstate. Our family of 7, (four adults and three children), were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The neighborhood was very peaceful. Parks and trails are nearby and the drive to downtown Nashville is about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend a Manual for guests with information about the home as well as the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is in a great location perfect for anyone wanting to go to Nashville or just stay in the borough. The host McKenzie is always responsive. She would reply to any questions within a few minutes. Would highly recommend this place.

Sarah's house was spotless upon arrival! We appreciated all of the decorating touches that were consistent throughout the home. Having ceiling fans in every room made it very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all the extras. Nothing looked tattered or worn. Plenty of towels in the bathroom too! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an easy place to get to in a quite neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed, the entire house was very clean and all the extras were much appreciated! On our 1st morning there we were welcomed at the front door by a sweet box turtle! It was a lovely surprise and the girls loved it. It is a quiet neighborhood with a nice walking trail. Would recommend this place, it was great!

Jessica and Joe were the best hosts during our extended stay! Even the smallest request was answered timely. Their home left nothing to be desired, from Qtips to spices, a stapler and even "fixins" for s'mores to be enjoyed by the fire pit! It was definitely "a home away from home"! Cannot recommend highly enough...many thanks so much!!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! Louis is a fantastic host and really made an effort to make it a nice stay. The house was spotless and had plenty of spare towels, paper towels, etc. We cooked at home most nights and the kitchen had all the essentials. We loved the location as well. It’s a duplex in a quiet neighborhood and we hardly heard the person who lived on the other side. It felt very safe and was in a very centralized location. For anyone who might be going through Bakers A&P program, it’s only an 8 minute drive. Overall, we would gladly stay here again and I highly recommend it!

John was the perfect host. We booked his beautiful mid-century modern home to use in a local commercial video shoot - the space, home, and surroundings were quiet, peaceful, clean, and perfect for our needs. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed spending time in John's house! John was always quick to respond to my questions and went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. Thank you!

Beth’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend soccer tournament with my girls. The house was very clean and just as described. The neighborhood was very cool and within walking distance to the square with shops and restaurants. The backyard was a great place to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, and the entire place looks brand new. We will be back if in Murfreesboro.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. The only minor downside was the WiFi – it wasn’t the greatest, but it still worked. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and

Deb's home was so special! It was so beautiful on the inside and so peaceful on the outside. I really enjoyed the swing on the porch! She was super helpful and so kind. If I'm ever back in this part of Tennessee, I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect spot!
