We had a great stay! We had 2 families with young kids of all ages. They had a blast with all the toys and outdoor activities. Exactly as described, easy to find and get in and plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house is amazing. We had a group of ladies, 8 of us. It was perfectly comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean.

The place is definitely worth it. I didn’t find it far from downtown, and the area is very quiet and private. I always felt comfortable and at home.

Very nice vacation spot especially if you’re interested in heading down to broadway. The home has a modern retro feel to it. Me and my family enjoyed our stay.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

We enjoyed our stay @ Todds place! Bed was comfortable (tall) Seemed clean. Nice view of the river from the small deck and from the living room. Lots of hot water and water pressure in the shower! Covered parking and seemed plenty of it! Usable little laundry and pool area. Nice view of the city from the parking side. Communication was good also. We hope to get back! Thanks :-)

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place, clean and tidy, not too far from downtown Nashville. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, tea, coffee etc provided. Value for money.

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Maria’s place was what I wanted. A quiet and relaxing place to stay at, not to far from restaurants and downtown Nashville. The check in and check out procedure Maria provided were excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Nashville.
