Welcome to Háafell Farm where we raise sheep, keep horses and have one friendly dog. Our private guest house is located 200 meters above the farm, up the mountain at 130 meters above sea level. It is a recently built (2020), 100 square meter, modern “turf house style” house. Háafell means “The High Mountain” and has a long river that cascades down its side with several tiers of waterfalls. It is a five minute walk to our canyon and it is possible to take a cold bath in one of the waterfalls.

This one bedroom apartment is in a rebuilt house in Ólafsvík, on Snæfellsnes peninsula with it´s magnificent nature. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance and a veranda. A key box for check in. The apartment itself is 45 sq.m. and has light decor with a living room and open kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower, a washer and dryer. Short walk to the harbour, swimmingpool, supermarket and restaurants.

Bern, the name of the house, is one of the most historic building in Ólafsvík. Originally built in the 1920's it's one of the oldest houses in the town but recently it has gone through a major renovation and is now in great condition. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.
