During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. Dog-friendly ($15/night per dog), 2 dog max.

Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Located 1 hour from Jackson and 2 hours from Yellowstone. There is no wi-fi in the cabin but you can make the short walk to the main house if you need to connect. There is a fire pit for evening s’mores, fire wood is provided. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. No pets allowed.

Blacktail Retreat is a charming cabin perfect for anyone wanting to get away from it all & indulge in Montana Big Sky views. The cabin is situated 4 miles south of Dillon w/great views & tons of elbow room. Nestled in the Beaverhead Valley, the cabin offers incredible views of several mountain ranges & is only minutes from world class fishing on the Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers. Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!
