James was a great host. We communicated well with each other and he was prompt with his replies. He gave clear instructions for getting to his place. The apartment was perfect for my husband and myself, and only 10 minutes away from family whom we were visiting. It is a gorgeous and beautiful environment. Close to trails. We had fun meandering around the property with our small grandchildren. James offered to put the rowboat in the pond which we took him up on and the grandkids had a blast being rowed around the pond (by us, not James). James was friendly and helpful. We have found our place to stay during future visits to Sultan, and are looking forward to going back.

The loft is a great place to stay. Nearby restaurants and a nice view. The bed was comfortable as well. Would stay there again.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

Great location, close to the ferry and Langley, but still on a lake. Very clean. Lots of different areas to hang out and relax. Everything was well organized and the kitchen was pretty well stocked from cooking equipment to ingredient basics (ex, sugar/salt/spices).

We had an amazing stay at the Little River House, and were blown away by the stunning riverfront views and the peaceful sounds of the Skykomish River in the background. The location is perfect! The house itself was spotless, and cozy. We spent hours playing yard games, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging by the river. Can’t wait to be back!

Great location and views for a quiet and tranquil stay. We stayed with kids and the house was set up well for that- a little stool in the bathroom for toddlers and a full-sized crib in one of the bedrooms made this house an easier stay for us than most places. Views and easy access to the beach and various activities at the house (fire pit, beach walks, and kayaking) all made it a nice, low-barrier vacation with kids. Would highly recommend Omar's place!

Had a great relaxing weekend here with some friends. Andrew and Zhilmil were always quick to respond to messages. The hot tub was nice and easily fit all 7 of us. The place was clean and looked as pictured. You can have up to two animals come along as well, but is just another $100 for extra cleaning fee. The karaoke and laser lights in the basement were fun too. There was a really comfy couch with a projector for movies. They also specify that you don’t need to do anything for checkout and that it would all be taken care of by the cleaners which was a nice touch. We had a great time playing games and barbecuing with a nice backdrop of the river, would definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway. There are some cool hiking trails around the area too which we would have checked out if the weather was nicer during our stay

Our stay was great! We rented this house to gather our older kids. The separate levels and bedrooms made it comfortable for everyone. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices. There is a coffee shop next to the paddle pub that was cute and had good coffee. The espresso stand across the street was also good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was a very welcoming stay we loved the hot tub and they had all the appliances we needed, and it was very cozy. They thought about the smallest details that we would need in case we forgot something definitely would book again..

beautiful location! great for a weekend trip with some friends. lots of separate outdoor spaces, the heated patio is great. indoors is a bit small, it would have felt cramped if the weather was bad. fortunately it was beautiful!

Thought it was a very cute home. Had a lot of extra options for family activities (badminton, buckets, corn hole, games ). I chose this home based on the view and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed the beach right behind the house. Beautiful sunsets! 15m away from Langley and 10m away from the ferry. Great spot, perfect for a family of 4. We have two younger kids (12y and 8y). Might have been tighter for older kids.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boatyard Inn. The location is unbeatable, and our room was spotless and in excellent condition. Our daughter especially loved sitting out on the deck, watching all the activity on the water. The management team was helpful and very responsive, which made everything even more enjoyable. Langley is such a charming town, and the Boatyard Inn was the perfect home base for a relaxing weekend—just a short walk to the heart of town. We’d definitely consider coming back in the future!
