This custom cabin sits on 4.5 wooded acres in a designated dark sky area. The cabin is completely enclosed with a fence for your furry friends. Top floor unit in a low-key, small set of condo cabins, great light, privacy. Perfect place to return after a day outside, or hang out in while others play. Close to Greenbrier River Trail, Cass trains, X-country skiing, golf, restaurants, ski and snowboard rentals, waterfalls, and miles of hiking trails. Hot tub and wifi. Easy parking.

Nestled between WV's highest peaks & within minutes of our country’s best fishing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, biking, skiing, hunting, Civil War Sites, & historic trains, River House is a perfect base for all WV has to offer.

(more than 8 will forfeit your booking) 50' TV $75 pet fee per dog will need to be paid after you book.

Our one-room cottage with river access sits a few hundred feet above the Greenbrier River, with lots of privacy. Queen bed, pullout couch with double bed, table and chairs, AC. Location is perfect for float trips, biking the Greenbrier River Trail, and hiking --10 minutes from Watoga State Park trails and fishing; 15 minutes from Cranberry Glades; an hour from Lewisburg, WV -- voted coolest town in American a few years ago. Our driveway fronts the river but not the cottage itself.

I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Attention all Mountain Bikers - this is your 1BR condo! Conveniently located in Powderidge with an updated mud room including hanging bike storage for 2 bikes.
