My husband and I loved our stay here! We booked while we were working on some major home repairs and needed a temporary home away from home. Even though we weren't on a vacation, it felt like we were. The airbnb was clean, beautifully decorated, and located on a peaceful, well-maintained property. It was such a relaxing atmosphere! Wilma was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had. 10/10

Our daughter stayed at River Roost with Jane for 3 months for an internship at Bucknell from January until April 2025. Jane's apartment is beautiful and extremely clean! It is in an extremely safe neighborhood. My daughter loved the privacy of the apartment, but it was comforting to know Jane was upstairs in case she needed something. Jane is a wonderful host! I highly recommend River Roost to anyone! It is within walking distance to Susquehanna University and about 20 minutes from Bucknell. Jane makes you feel like family! Our daughter didn't want to leave!

David's place was just as described: clean, convenient 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities we were looking for. Welcomed our 4 legged friend without question as well! Would definitely stay here again. David was super quick to respond prior to and during the booking-even in a different time zone I got a reply within minutes!

Ivy is a great host. She responds quickly and was accommodating to a last minute family emergency. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had every amenity possible. The apartment is on the back and was very quiet (even on the weekend). We’ll definitely stay here again!

The place was super unique and spacious!! It was a perfect location for us to visit for ur son at Bucknell University. We definitely plan to return upon availability. Also, Nicholas made check in super easy and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Tana's property was exactly as described/shown and worked out great for our PSU weekend (30 minute drive to PSU from Tana's). The unit is super spacious, very clean and was easy to get into. One word of caution; Pay attention to Tana's instructions for getting to the property as your GPS may direct you to take a different way in. We plan to be back again soon and highly recommend Tana's place.

We had the most amazing stay for a wedding at the local winery. The space was beautifully decorated with so much thought and care put in to every detail. Checking in and out was a breeze and Joanna was incredibly sweet and helpful. Do not pass up this space if you're in the area. We hope to return sometime soon!

Holly was a wonderful host. The place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. And you can’t beat the location, literally a 10 second walk to the turn one gate at Port Royal. We had an A+ experience.

Michelle’s place was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to state college. Everything was private and quiet. We had no complaints and would stay here again!

Logan & Larisa’s place was so cute. It was wonderful we could bring our mini golden doodle with us for work. Great location. A little noisy being right next to the street but we usually bring a sound machine so that drowned it out. lol Well decorated with the farmhouse country look. They did a great job!

We booked this last minute to come down and visit our student at Bucknell. Elizabeth was super accommodating, responsive and friendly. The apartment was extremely clean and well kept. Far enough away from any college parties to be quiet, but only a 3 min drive to campus. Easily could have walked it. Bedding and pillows were comfortable and well kept and we appreciated the blackout shades. Our student appreciated the new washer and dryer and took advantage to do laundry! 😂 The listing said it was a “rare find” as it is usually booked and we can see why. If you are visiting Lewisburg and this apartment is available, book it! You’ll be happy you did!

I was in the area for some outdoor activities. The location was easy to find and had ample parking. Check it was super easy and the apartment was VERY big and well appointed. I was very impressed by how nicely decorated and renovated this historic home was and it was spotlessly clean. The shades were full blackout shades, the room quiet, and bed & sheets comfortable - so I slept GREAT. Honestly very impressed overall and plan to return in the future!

What a wonderful experience! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail—from the sparkling water to the chocolates—made us feel truly welcomed. We loved learning about the history of the home, and everything was spotlessly clean. Communication was excellent, and the place was exactly as described. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a great spot to get away if you are looking to be some place scenic and away from traditional urban life if that's what you are looking for like I was when I stayed at The Finney House. It's perfect for one or two nights. Had a decent amount of amenities and the hosts communicate well.

The Finney House is my preferred home away from home when visiting Central PA. I stayed there in July and again in September and both visits were pleasant. The house and grounds are beautiful. I stayed in Apt. 105 both visits. It is well-appointed. The bed is so comfortable and I loved cooking in their kitchen. Looking forward to another opportunity to visit again.

Feel in love with this beautiful and historic home online and it was even more lovely in person. The space was exceptionally clean, private, and secure. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay while in town for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place! The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches—from toiletries like toothbrushes to a fully stocked coffee and tea station. Everything was so welcoming and comfortable. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of fun activities like table tennis, a foosball table, and a great selection of games. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get to enjoy everything, but it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a relaxing and enjoyable space for guests. Michelle was also kind enough to accommodate our request for a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay again if we’re in the area!
