Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

El alojamiento de 77 m² consta de una sala de estar con sofá cama para 2 personas, una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, 2 dormitorios y un cuarto de baño, por lo que ofrece espacio para 6 personas. The House is situated in the alpine village of Zwieselstein (1.472 m), in the Ötztal Valley, arguably the prettiest in the Tirol. ‘Residenz Zwieselstein’ is 3km to the South of Sölden in the heart of the Ötztal Alps. The area offers picturesque surroundings and impressive infrastructure and facilities.

Our house is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place or in the sauna in the basement. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few mins.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
