Daniel se mantuvo en contacto permanente mente durante nuestra estancia. Puerto Aventuras es muy tranquilo y versátil como para navegar, practicar kitesurf, golf, running, etc en un entorno muy bello con todos los servicios dentro y con entretenimiento para los más pequeños en un delfinario. Lindos bares y restaurantes y a un paso de planas bonitas y de un supermercado. El departamento tiene todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla necesarios para una cómoda estadía.

I just want to start by saying Paco is the best host we have ever had in our 20+ air bnb stays.Our previous scheduled transportation didn't show up and he found transportation very last minute for us which was not his job but he was nothing but helpful. The check in was a little confusing but he was quick to reply and help. I would recommend anyone to his properties as his pictures really don't do them justice

The home is absolutely beautiful! The woodwork, lighting, ambiance, the plunge pool (adorable), and the bedrooms were spectacularly well-decorated. Dana (the manager) and Marie (the owner), went above and beyond in order to help with my accommodations, and any needs during my stay. The property is extremely safe and when I even became sick late at night there was medical doctor that drove to the property to help me (obviously, an additional charge, but when its late at night and you don’t know your way around it was very convenient). There are golf carts that come by on a regular basis to take you to the different resorts if needed. My only recommendations would be to have a rental car because taxis are very expensive in this area and currently there is no UBER/LYFT/Rappi or food delivery services to this area. Other great and under-advertised areas to lounge and eat good food are Kay Club (Other side of Bahia Principe). A warm and loving thanks to Marie and Dana for everything!

Mi familia y yo pasamos unas vacaciones hermosas, era muy cómodo llegar a un espacio tan ordenado y bonito. el acceso a la piscina suma muchos puntos extras. (creo que la usamos casi todos los días) Además en casa cuenta con grill para asar carne. fue una experiencia muy buena.

Very nice townhome. Very spaces for a group of 8. Plenty of space.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

Confortable and pleasant stay! Ann was very quick to answer our questions and there is a local manager, Alejandra, who is very helpful and available. It is better if you have a car because you are about 15 minutes drive to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Also 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. Condo as described and well furnished. Plenty of towels available for the beach but no chairs or umbrella. We enjoy our stay!

We rented for the kitchen and stayed due to the extra touches (each room has a city theme (NYC, London, and Paris). The neighborhood is vey friendly, with lots of kids, and the neighbors are quick to help each other. Esteban and his team are friendly, responsive, and quickly complete the work. Before renting be aware of the location. A tremendous value, it is FAR from the beach, ~10k steps.

muy buen servicio precio calidad. un lugar muy amplio. Kevin se esmera en atender las necesidades del alojamiento. recomiendo el lugar para familias que programen tours o visita a los parques de Xcaret ya que está muy cerca.

fue un espacio muy bonito, tranquilo, que valió totalmente la pena, realmente me volvería a hospedar ahí la siguiente vez que regrese,si amigos y yo nos fuimos muy contentos:)

Hermosa casa, todo muy limpio, con todo lo que se necesita para estar como en casa, ubicada en un condomio con mucha seguridad. un poco lejos del centro de playa del Carmen, pero al arrendar un auto no tuvimos problemas para trasladarnos. muy agradacida con la anfitriona y con el conserje Carlos. gracias

El alojamiento estaba bien en ratio precio-calidad. Si bien se encuentra bastante alojado de la zona céntrica, solo a 100mts encuentras una estación de alquiler de bicicletas públicas, eso nos permitió mitigar la distancia y poder recorrer todas las playas.

Je suis une femme seule avec 3 enfants et nous avons loué cette belle petite maison mexicaine 3 mois. L'hôte a toujours répondu TRÈS rapidement à chacune de mes demandes de Canadienne qui n'a jamais voyagé au Mexique. La maison a 3 airs climatisés qui fonctionne à perfection. Cette privada est vraiment sécuritaire un garde est là H/24. Les enfants mexicains jouent librement dans la privada. Ma fille de 9 ans adorait rouler avec sa trottinette dans les rues. J'étais surprise de la tranquillité des lieux et les règlements sont bien respecter par les résidents. La magnifique piscine est toujours bien propre et nous en avons souvent profité seuls. Quand vous sortez de la privada, il y a un dépanneur oxxo et un peu plus loin une petite épicerie. . N'hésitez pas à louer cette belle maison. Vous ne serez pas déçu pour le prix ! J'aimerais bien revenir un jour.

Makul 12 is a gem of a unit. the place has plenty of space and has a great modern feel. there is ample space outside for BBQ gatherings pool and nice jacuzzi. beach is a 20 min walk away . security is good . Mario is always around to help with anything. kitchen is well equipped. I stayed there with my family for a week . was able to explore the real Mexico. a car is handy to have to explore. the airport is an hour away. very centrally located . this unit can host 3 couples easily. the bedrooms all have king-size beds . thank you for hosting this unit. highly recommended .

Todo excelente!! Marco Julio muy atento y con disposición para esperar en el horario que sea necesario!! La casa muy bella y con todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente!! Me encantó. Regreso ahí definitivamente.
