Acomoda hasta a 16 personas y comparte el estacionamiento, los jardines bajos y el area de playa con la kzita que acomoda a 6 mas. El lugar es perfecto para familias, grupos y eventos. En la sala hay una chimenea central para reunirse y tiene una gran cocina completamente equipada, areas de comedor adentro y afuera, cuarto de juego con ping pong.
