On the River, airbnb is located in the heart of downtown Kingfield right off the snowmobile trail. Sleeps 6 people. Has a spacious eat-in kitchen with a vie looking out to the Carrabassett River. Steps away from galleries, gift shops, restaurants, bank, Stanley Museum. 20-minute drive up to Sugarloaf mountain ski resort and the breathtaking views of 4000ft peaks of the western mountains of Maine. In summer, fly fishing and swimming right out the back . In winter, there are many snow sports.

MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Apres Ski Haus

This cabin is anything but ordinary! Nestled on an open bluff in the woods of Kingfield, Maine this architectural wonder is a perfect getaway for a couple or group. It's a warm and cozy space to come back and unwind after a long day of hitting the slopes or any four season activity. Just a short 15-20 minute drive from Sugarloaf and 3 minutes from historic downtown Kingfield, this chalet provides a peaceful, private respite after a busy day on the mountain. Our 2BR, 1BA eco-friendly chalet is tucked back from the road, with distant neighbors and fast WiFi. You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

Moose River Rustic Camp

The cabin has one bedroom with a king size bed, large living area with the most lovely fireplace, small well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps 3-4 comfortably. There is a queen sized pull out sofa. The cabin is in Moose River, next to Jackman, the area one of the best places to snowmobile in the country. Trails are accessible right from the cabin. The perfect place for snowmobiling, ATV, fishing, hunting, relaxing and hibernating. Perfect sportsman cabin.

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.
