This was one of my favorite AirBnb stays! The home is stylish, very comfortable, and squeaky clean. I felt right at home! THE VIEW IS EVERYTHING! I watched the Northern Lights from my balcony on the first night and it was lovely. The house is about a ten minute walk to “downtown” and I felt safe walking to and from both during the day and at night (around 10pm). The hosts were very communicative and flexible. I would totally stay here again and highly recommend the hosts.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and comfortable—it really felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We especially enjoyed our chats with the hostess, who gave us a great introduction to the area, including local attractions and some amazing food recommendations. She suggested we try the local salmon, which turned out to be absolutely delicious! The room itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. We were especially impressed by the large balcony with its stunning night view—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. One detail that really touched us was the first aid kit in the room, which came in handy during our stay and truly saved the day. The kitchen was another highlight—it was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Maison avec vue incroyable sur Tromsø, très chaleureux, accès simple pour marcher dans la montagne. Morten est vraiment sympathique et très disponible, ils nous ont très bien conseillés, nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui n’était pas terrible.

Nice and clean compact apartment near the centre, bus station right downstairs.

Sam’s apartment was just as described. It’s large and beautifully decorated. I went as a family of 5 ( 3 young kids) and the place offers all that we needed. There’s also a playground below but we didn’t go as it was winter. Super market is right round the corner and the balcony offers a great view of the river. Sam was responsive host and provided useful info.

Bon séjour chez Håkon. Logement propre, agréable et bien équipé. Nous avions une voiture, ce qui nous a permis de bien rayonner dans les environs et de profiter pleinement de la région. La communication avec Håkon était fluide et facile.

Very nice place with a great view of the ocean. It was awesome being able to do laundry and cook there. The place was exactly as described and the hosts were very kind and responsive. You can easily catch the bus to downtown Tromsø. They granted me a later checkout as well, which was greatly appreciated.

Sehr süßes kleines Appartment mit allem, was man braucht. (Einen Fernseher oder Radio gab es nicht, aber wir brauchen das auch nicht). Das Appartment ist mit dem Bus gut vom Flughafen erreichbar und es fahren auch regelmäßig Busse in die Innenstadt, die so in ca. 7 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Was man allerdings wissen sollte, ist dass das Appartment etwas am Hang liegt. Wenn man also nicht gut zu Fuß ist, ist der Weg von der Bushaltestelle den Hang hoch durchaus etwas anstrengend. Die Kommunikation mit Emma und Dennis war immer sehr schnell und super freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetag auch noch bis zur Abreise zum Flughafen am späten Nachmittag dort lassen. Ich kann dieses Appartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Es hat einen süßen Blick auf das Festland und in einer Nacht haben wir sogar Nordlicher aus dem Appartment heraus gesehen! :-)

it's quite far from the city ( 15 minutes by taxi ) i tried to call uber at 3pm and i could't get one. Tom said i could call taxi ( or book through website ) , which i haven't tried. there's a bus stop nearby, but you must go downhill from the apartmen. if you bring many lugagges, i think taxi is best. that's the downside. but the apartmen itself, loveeee it. The view facing tromso ( from 2 of the 3 bedrooms, and from living room ) is superb. so, no regrets. really enjoyed our stay here.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, super ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Jarl war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Lovely, spacious cabin right next to the water. Linen provided, great hot shower. Laundry facilities. Smart TV. WiFi. Parking outside the house. Five minute drive to the parking for the nearest ice climbing. Helpful hosts. Will hopefully be back.

Da Guntars ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L'appartamento è bellissimo e dotato di ogni comodità, splendida la vetrata con vista e comodissima la fermata dell'autobus sotto casa. In casa abita un gatto molto socievole che ci ha tenuto compagnia per 3 giorni. Tutto perfetto!

Una casa confortable en un entorno increíble. La casa es todavía más bonita de lo que muestran las fotos, tiene un amplio salón cocina en la planta de entrada y un baño y en la planta de arriba 4 habitaciones casa una con 2 camas. la casa estaba muy limpia y es muy confortable, pero lo mejor, sin duda, son las vistas que tiene desde todas sus ventanas!!! Parecen cuadros!Preciosa estancia, gracias!

Location, location, location! Kristian's place is right in the middle of Stroget and less than 5 minutes from the metro station. The apartment is large and comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Kristian was also extremely communicative and helpful. We appreciated the flexible check-in as well as the ability to drop our luggage before check-in. Overall a great stay!

La maison est spacieuse, très bien chauffée (chauffage au sol dans l'entrée et les salles de bain très agréable), avec une magnifique vue depuis le balcon (d'où l'on peut voir les aurores par temps clair!). Tout était très propre et cosy. Nous voyagions avec toute la famille avec deux bébés (9 mois et 2 ans et demi), il y avait des lits et des chaises hautes pour les deux. La cuisine est très bien équipée, mieux qu'espéré! La rampe d'accès pour les voitures est légèrement en pente, ce qui peut être un peu glissant en hiver mais les voitures de location sur place (4 roues motrices) sont tout à fait adaptées. Il y a une supérette accessible à pied (3min) et une borne de recharge pour voiture à 5min. Tom est très réactif pour toutes nos questions.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! We had an amazing time visiting Fjordgard. Skiing right from the house and a sauna walking distance just up the road. Highly recommend this place.

Ottimo soggiorno. L'alloggio pulito molto caldo e accogliente e la cucina aveva tutto per cucinare e mangiare e pulire (spigne, strofinacci, pastiglie per la lavastoviglie ecc) comoda e efficente anche la lavastoviglie! A mio parere le foto delle camere danno l'impressione di camere piccolole ma sono più grandi di quello in foto! Bagno caldo e con tutto il dispensabile anche gli asciugamani! La comunicazione con Anders è stata ottima e ci ha spiegato ogni cosa e disponibile anche nel chek out tardivo nel caso fossimo arrivati dopo le 22. Appartamento a 5 minuti dalla fermata del bus e in 20 minuti si è a Tromso! Vicino a neanche 5 minuti ci sono anche 2 supermercati ! Purtroppo nn abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere una bella aurora ma sicuramente torneremo qui! Super super consigliato!

Apartment is great for family with three kids, spacious, well equipped and really nice to be. Supermarket just across the street is a big plus. Walking distance to centre is about 45 min - depending on speed of kids and ice on street :-) Although we never met Rikhard in person, he was very helpful with communication and very fast to react. Just one minor detail to improve: We had identified a few spots, where cleaning did not succeed to reach these spots. But after 15 min we had that done and enjoyed our stay there very much.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is gorgeous. The view over the fjord from the deck is like a postcard. The surroundings are idyllic but only a 5/10 min walk to a frequent bus service into Tromso and the airport. The supermarket 10 minutes walk is one of the best we’ve been to. Lots of walking nearby in beautiful surroundings. The room is perfectly equipped (all kitchen things you may need) and decorated beautifully. Bed was like a cloud. Big TV with Apple TV for cosy night in. Little details all thought about: toothbrushes, toothpaste, little chocolates on arrival, wool blankets to take to the deck, dressing gowns, tea/coffee. Simen went above and beyond for us. He had so much detail about local recommendations, kept us updated on the aurora, gave us a lift home from the supermarket when we bumped into him! The sauna is a highlight, and again all details including flip flops and towels and a little fan. Really one of our favourite stays. Thank you Simen!

Erik and Line were really great hosts, they responded quickly and check in was easy. They provided us with some tips for local restaurants and activities in the area and gave clear instructions for checking out. The apartment had the most stunning views of Tromso and was really easy to access by car and public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! Thank you so much

Felt like home away from home. Location is closer to the city center reachable by bus. Benedicte was very responsive and gave clear guidance to make the best out of our stay.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit einem schönen Ausblick in den Garten, direkt vom Bett. Ruhige Umgebung aber etwas hellhörig in der Wohnung selbst. Gute Anbindung um mit dem Bus innerhalb von 10-15 min. in das Zentrum zu kommen.

We loved Thomas’ house . It is in a beautiful area . We hired a car for half the time and it made it a bit easier to get around . We found the bus good once we fitted into their schedule . No buses on Sunday but Thomas offered to drive us into town in lieu . We chose to explore the beautiful area we were in on foot . Thomas was a great host , an excellent communicator and looked after our needs providing a lend of spikes and fluorescent gear . The house is beautiful, views are spectacular and it is very well appointed . No hesitation to recommend it . After 10 cloudy nights we missed out on seeing the Northern Lights, but the amount of snow that fell in that time totally made up for it .
