the place is located in a peaceful neighborhood but still near the train station, grocery, convenience stores, parks, and restaurants. i just wished that the sockets in the bathrooms had some kind of protective cover on them since they pose a hazard especially when taking a bath. overall, the place is complete and spacious enough for 7 people although it is a challenge to go through the stairs especially if you have large luggages

I had an amazing stay at Ta’s Airbnb in Taiwan! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylish. Ta was an incredibly kind and responsive host, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with great food and attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taiwan!

離捷運站不太遠，從捷運市府站4號口出來左轉一直走，走到路口轉右看到全聯，過對面馬路再往前走一段路就到了，大概10分鐘左右，附近有便利店，房子很好，住了5天，很安靜，很舒服，雖然要走樓梯，但只需要走一層，不會太累，有電視、微波爐、焗爐、洗衣機等等，還有一張大長桌，方便每天晚上和家人買宵夜回去吃，總體各方面都是很滿意的，下次來，還會再考慮居住在這裡，另外房東人滿好的，因為到達桃園機場那天是新年前一天的晚上10點左右，辦理入境手續、買上網卡、再去坐機場捷運，剛好又沒有直達車，用的時間又再多了，之後到台北車站再轉車到市府站，再到民宿，已經是凌晨12點多了，即是已經是年初一了，本來出發前，房東和我暫時約了大概11:30見面，但我坐捷運時就計算到時間應該要再晚1個小時，房東也說沒關係，我到達了民宿附近再聯繫他，他再來接我們，真的人好好哦，推薦大家

Great apartment. Clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen and balcony were a nice surprise. Furthermore, all utilities are there - we used the washing machine with Yang’s help who was responding super quick to any questions we had. Amazing stay, would come back!

The location is perfect. Just a two minutes walk to the metro. The room is cozy too. Kiki can respond to our enquiry timely!

The apartment is in a very convenient place in terms of the MRT and bus stops. There are a lot of good food options nearby, including a small night market and a variety of sit-down restaurants in the basement of nearby malls. It's a great place to stay.

Responsive host. Some minor issues on the locks but solved fast.

Barry, the co host is super responsive and informative. We enjoyed staying at their airbnb. Just a couple minute walk to the MRT and bus station. taipei 101 is visible hehe. Very convenient location, with a local market nearby if you want to save on food. overall, it was a great experience staying at this airbnb.

Gordon s house was comfortable and good for stay with sufficient amenities. Parking lot was available and the house was at good location. Gordon is a nice host. He replied and responded quickly .

you are 20 steps from a night market, 5 minutes from 101, 15 minutes walk to Dunhua. if you are familiar with Taipei you know it's a location. The place is cozy and easy to find. I do recommend it

The property is accessible to Taipe Main station, Ximending walk street and other great local restaurants. The property looked better than expected is very spacious for the six of us. The family had a great stay, thank you once again.

Very good value for money, the apartment is actually accessible through a store. 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down, be strong ! The 3 rooms are independant and offer only a little bit of privacy. 2 of them don't have a window to outdoor. A few appliances need reparation, the owner now knows about it. The kitchen and equipment are super basic, but fine. One separated toilet where it's hard to stand and little space for the legs when seated. Another toilet is in the bathroom. The bathtub is not protected by any curtain, the shower handle not holding well. The highlight is the living room, very bright and spacious. We could not enjoy the terrace due to bad weather, which also showed the lack of insulation of the roof and the apartment in general. When it's 15°C outside, you feel the cold inside. The big window is oriented south and I believe it must be on the other hand really hot in sunny days. Anyway a very good place to spend a few nights in Taipei with my family, we enjoyed !

Smooth communications from day one and had a wonderful stay. The unit felt like home right away. I am always looking for a deal that carrys the quality and value instead of the lowest price. I will book this property again without any hasitation.

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!
