I'm hesitant to write about Lisa's place as others will snag my spot to rent it. Lisa was a fantastic host with an amazing home that's better in person than the pictures. An extremely outfitted kitchen with a nice big Viking range. This home is perfect for a couple all the way up to 6 people (I wouldn't suggest young kids). Tremendously relaxing with a beautiful lake with lots of birds coming and going. The hosts are lovely and want you to have an incredible time. The home itself is peppered with thoughtful little details and basically everything you could possibly need. Can't recommend highly enough.

This was such an awesome stay. Even though we were there in the offseason and didn’t swim or kayak we really enjoyed the local hiking trails and loved the hot tub. One of our favorite things was the downstairs patio. It’s sheltered from the wind and it gets very warm even on a crappy day. Beds were very comfortable, the place looks brand new inside and was spotless upon arrival. Would definitely come back again!

The host went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. It’s in a very convenient location. Location is safe & walkable. I will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The views from the cottage are breathtaking. We arrived on rainy, windy days and watching the whitecaps and surf was mesmerizing. The fireplace stove kept us warm and cozy and the huge glass windows provided lots of light with the gorgeous views. We then woke to a bright sunny day and our room was filled with bright blue sky and shimmering waters. Peaceful and quiet but lots to do within a close drive. Marc communicated very efficiently and welcoming and provided us with easy check in directions and all the provisions the home offered. Marc also left great instructions and suggestions for hikes, restaurants and surrounding adventures in the area. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Marc for a very special visit!

this was our 2025 new year trip! and it felt that way. this place is very well located on the russian river and offers tranquilizing experience for any nature lover. Jenner beach is just a few minutes drive away, which offers spectacular views and we were fortunate to see few seals on the beach near the river and ocean meeting spot. plus this airbnb is very well thought out and organized. thanks for hosting us!

The place is even more beautiful, private, quiet, and idyllic than it looks. And Marianna is incredible. She went above and beyond when we faced a challenge (non Airbnb-related) while staying here. We will definitely return. The wildlife at the river is beautiful and its own nature tv. You can’t see in the pic, but the fire pit, outdoor dining table, and hot tub face directly onto the river - stunning. And the cafe, beach, and grocery options are great. We enjoyed visiting the cozing cottage for a getaway weekend. The cottage was clean and organized, easy to get to and had many nearby wineries and vineyards for us to visit. I'd recommend for anyone visiting to stay here.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Harman's place and celebrating our brother's 80th birthday! Everyone had a room to themselves and felt so comfortable. It was such a peaceful neighborhood and there were so many places to go and things to do, but really nice to come back and relax at the house. Harman and Melissa communicated really well and were very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. They made checking in & out really easy too.
