Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

Ampio e comodo bilocale fornito di tutto il necessario. A "due gradini" dal porto turistico con la sua passeggiata piena di ristorantini, locali e negozi. Host molto presente e reattivo alle richieste. Super consigliato.

Intero appartamento a disposizione, molto pulito, nelle immediate vicinanze del casello autostradale ma estremamente silenzioso, ci hanno fatto trovare una torta di mele fatta in casa al nostro arrivo

Mai trovato un appartemento così fornito di ogni confort e di ogni accessorio. Era come essere a casa. Non è per niente scontato ricevere così tante attenzioni! L'appartamento è splendido, molto pulito e davvero c'è tutto ciò che occorre per uno splendido soggiorno. I dintorni sono da favola, ed è situato in una zona ben collegata ma comunque tranquilla e rilassante. Super consigliato! Peccato esserci stati solo per pochi giorni, ma spero di ritornare presto! 😄 Oltretutto le host sono super reattive e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza/richiesta. Grazie Sara & Sere!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Spacious apartment with a private outdoor space. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day. Eliza and her mother were friendly and helpful.

Appartamento comodissimo, in cento a Bagno Vignoni. Le indicazioni fornite per l'arrivo, nonché dove parcheggiare, dove mangiare e le info utili sul soggiorno sono state molto comode. L'appartamento è molto grande, accogliente e ben curato. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Séjour parfait, l’appartement est agréable et bien situé. Riccardo et Serena sont charmants et disponibles, accueil chaleureux de la part de Serena, check-in flexible et bonne communication. J’ai apprécié particulièrement la disponibilité de Serena sur les horaires pour le check-out. Je recommande vivement ce logement, bien situé et avec toutes les commodités. Orbetello vaut le détour.

This was the perfect place to stay in Montepulciano! Breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape and a quick 3-4 minute walk to the main part of the town. Nico and Elena were excellent hosts and directed me to a parking lot a quick walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Montepulciano!

Lovely accommodations and a very nice and responsive host who got us checked in within a few hours of booking. Very convenient location with great restaurants nearby.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Soggiornare ad Orvieto è stata un’esperienza fantastica. L’appartamento di Barbara è semplicemente stupendo. Tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettative. La posizione centralissima ha reso facile raggiungere tutti i punti d’interesse più conosciuti. Barbara è stata superlativa. Grazie ancora per il grande supporto!

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Host gentile e comprensivo, alloggio pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo.

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Elias is the best host we have encountered in all our travels. He will meet you on arrival, help unload the car and give you all the local recommendations. It was very helpful! His place is amazing, even better than the pictures. Very clean, spacious and great furniture. It is a short walk up the hill to old town which we visited most days to experience the great restaurants, views and wine! I couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks Elias!
