L'appartamento di Cinzia corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Facile da raggiungere (5min a piedi da parcheggio Park Unione), in pieno centro storico di Chioggia. Appartamento pulito ed ordinato. Cinzia estremamente disponibile e puntale sia nelle risposte che all'appuntamento per il check-in. Location e locatore super consigliati.

L'appartement et l'accueil était parfait. Localisé dans un quartier calme mais proche d'une rue commerçante (rue Garibaldi) il permet de découvrir d'autres aspects de Venise (calme et authentique). Il est proche des stations de vaporetto (Giardini et Arsenal) ce qui est bien pratique pour découvrir Venise. L'appartement est très fidèle aux photos est aux descriptions. Il est très calme, très propre et très bien équipé. Enfin nous avons été accueilli directement à l'arrivée du vaporetto pour nous guider vers le logement. Tout nous a été expliqué et des conseils nous ont été donnés sur le quartier et les visites. Nous avons pu apprécier pleinement notre séjour à Venise, merci !

Wir verbrachten wieder eine sehr schöne Woche in der hellen und geräumigen Wohnung. Agostino begrüsste uns sehr freundlich und gab uns auch einen Stadtplan mit einigen hilfreichen und interessanten Tips. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch nahe der Vaporettohaltestelle S Basilio gelegen und auch zu Fuss kann man, je nach Kondition, alles erreichen. Giovanna war immer sofort zu erreichen, falls wir eine Frage hatten. Checkin und Checkout hat super geklappt! Am Ende ankerte ein (kleineres) Kreuzfahrtschiff direkt neben dem Haus, was aber nicht so störte, da der wunderbare Ausblick dadurch nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt wurde, zum Sonnenuntergang gingen wir darauf zum Fondamente Zattere, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Dorsoduro ist ein ruhigeres Viertel, es gibt viele kleine Cafés und Restaurants, auch ganz nah einen gut sortierten Laden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La posizione è strategica perchè consente di raggiungere il centro di Venezia in dieci minuti a piedi o con i vaporetti linea 1 e 4.2 che distano trecento metri dall’alloggio. È altresì posizionato in luogo estremamente sicuro e tranquillo, dotato di tutti i servizi e adatto per due coppie, host e cohost rispondono tempestivamente a qualsivoglia richiesta e chiarimento. Torneremo sicuramente per il carnevale 2026 e sarà il “Quarto appuntamento”! 👋

Die Wohnung von Davide und Silvia liegt nahe der Via Garibaldi und den Giardini Biennale. Es hat dort etwas typisch Venezianisches, mit Parks, kleinen Cafés und Restaurants. Außerdem ist man in kürzester Zeit beim Markusplatz. Besonders abends kann man dort gut Spazierengehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartement d'Elena est très bien conçu. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable (cuisine très bien équipée, les ingrédients de base, des parapluies et des chapeaux de soleil pour faire face à toutes les situations !). La décoration est élégante (nous avons beaucoup aimé les reproductions de tableaux), des guides et des livres sont à dispositions. On est loin des appartements impersonnels. Nous avions choisi ce quartier (Dorsoduro ouest) que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous avons adoré ! Le calme, l'authenticité, les petits cafés et restaurants, la proximité du Zattere qui permet de circuler facilement partout, la proximité également de Piazzale Roma (10 mn) qui évite de porter les valises à travers la ville. Elena est extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Merci à elle.

La casa di Andrea ci è piaciuta molto. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla Fenice, San Marco e dal vaporetto. L'ambiente è accogliente e sopratutto molto pulito. Andrea è un host super attento e disponibile, le indicazione per raggiungere l'appartamento sono state davvero preziose. Lo consiglio!!

Maria was fantastic with communication—very proactive and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great local recommendations and even assisted with transportation. The view from the Airbnb was stunning, and the space itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Her son personally welcomed us during check-in and was incredibly kind. The only minor downside was that we weren’t allowed to use the AC, as it’s not considered summer yet in Italy. Coming from Seattle, it felt warm to us. Maria suggested opening the windows, but it was a bit noisy outside, so we ended up keeping them closed. Still, overall, it was a lovely stay!

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et vraiment très propre. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied à partir de l' appartement. Ekaterina nous a toujours répondu très rapidement et son mari est vraiment accueillant. Merci pour tout

L'appartement d'Isabella est situé sur un canal calme, à deux pas de plusieurs lignes de vaporetto (côté Grand canal et côté Zattere) et du pont de l'Académie, ce qui rend son emplacement parfait pour accéder facilement à tous les quartiers de Venise. La gallerie de l' Académie et la fondation Guggenheim sont à deux pas. La promenade du soir sur les Zattere (où on trouve aussi un petit supermarché) est particulièrement agréable. Mention spéciale aux apéros à prendre le long du Rio de San Trovaso. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. La chambre sur l'arrière cour est calme et la literie très confortable, le salon est très lumineux et donne sur le canal. La cuisine est correctement équipée Bref, un appartement parfait pour un séjour en couple de quelques jours. Nous le conseillons sans hésitations.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Federica. C'est un appartement avec un mobilier très pratique pour une famille de quatre personnes. Federica est une hôte bienveillante et très attentionnée auprès de ses visiteurs.

Great apartment in a very convenient location. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bar and shops nearby. Not too busy or noisy either. Only a 3 minute walk away from a vaporetto stop or walkable to a lot of the main attractions. Cosy space and had everything we needed. Thank you Alberto!

Bruno’s flat is immediately comfortable but exotic at the same time. It really feels like our home away from home in Venice! The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything we love. And Bruno is charming and very helpful. We are so happy that he shared his home with us.

Loved the location. Easy access to and from the water taxi which was great! It is 4 flights of stairs though and we had a lot of luggage but we mad it work. Very nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay!

Très bel endroit, très propre, très bonne literie et surtout très calme. Un vrai bonheur ! Paolo nous a bien accueilli, nous a mis des parapluies à disposition un jour de grandes pluies, hôte très accueillant et disponible tout en restant discret. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable. Prenez une journée pour découvrir le Lido ça en vaut la peine ! Encore merci à Paolo.

Eravamo in 4 e siamo stati benissimo, l'alloggio è molto spazioso, confortevole, pulitissimo e ben fornito. Letti grandi e comodissimi. Accoglienza fantastica! Alloggio vicinissimo a tutto. Isabella molto attenta e gentile nelle informazioni e molto molto disponibile sia per il check in anticipato che per il check out posticipato. Venezia uno spettacolo meraviglioso come sempre. Raccomandato!

Séjour fantastique ! Mirko a été très réactif du début à la fin et a rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable. L'appartement est magnifique et idéalement situé. L'arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles et pratiques. J'y suis restée 5 jours avec mes 3 enfants et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! La baignoire à jets est un vrai plus pour se détendre le soir après une journée de marche dans Venise. Tout est assez proche à pied et le quartier vraiment sympa ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au pied de L'appartement: restaurants, boulangerie, marchand de glaces, pharmacie, petit supermarché....Et la résidence est très calme, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Great location is convenient and near popular tourist spots. The room was as pictured. Laundry was helpful. The bed was comfortable. The host (Marcelo’s son, Roberto, ) was very friendly and informative. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s place. The apartment is in a lovely, friendly neighbourhood, close to bars and cafés, and within walking distance of transport connections. We could not have been in a better location. The apartment is comfortable, with a good bed, great bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Angela gave us a warm welcome and all communications were smooth. Thank you.

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

This was an amazing place to stay during our two week trip to Venice. It’s in a really great neighborhood with lots of places to eat, a bakery and a great coffee shop close by. Marco was very attentive, if I reached out with a question he answered within moments. He met us at the boat dock, and guided us to the apartment and explained the amenities. The appliances and the beds and everything was excellent. We would love to stay here again next time we come to Venice. you do have to navigate three flights of stairs, I am 70 years old, and did so easily, but one must know about this. But once up the stairs you’re in a light filled environment that is super quiet at night. It’s great.

I cant explain how amazing it was. I was very impressed with the room and how clean evertything was! The pool and sauna are worth every penny, it was very relaxing! The host is kind, very responsive and helpfull. I enjoyed every minute and i I recommend it to anyone coming to this part of Italy!
