Ein zauberhafter Aufenthalt ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei! Rosella ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, jede Anfrage wurde super schnell beantwortet. Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung die der Beschreibung entspricht. Verschiedene, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Fleischer, Restaurants und Friseur direkt um die Ecke. Strand zu Fuß kurzerhand erreichbar (Öffentlich und Strandvermietung), kurzer Weg zur Fähre, ca. 15 Minuten nach Venedig (Markusplatz). Nette, ruhige Umgebung, nette Nachbarn und Anwohner; für jüngere gibt es gute Angebote am Abend in der Umgebung, wo man etwas trinken gehen kann. Im Garten kann man es sich gut gemütlich machen, gegen Mücken empfiehlt sich die Nutzung der Rauchspiralen und Anti-Mücken-Spray. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr angenehmer Check-in und die Wohnung ist gut vorbereitet, sodass man direkt in den Urlaub starten kann.

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll mit einem tollen Mix aus alt und neu. Der riesige, vollständig eingezaunte Garten war herrlich für Hund und Halter. Sehr sauber und eine super Ausstattung auch was die Küche oder Bäder anbelangt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This was our second visit to the villa, and we were as impressed as the first time. We work in Bologna all week and look forward to escaping to this peaceful setting at the end of each day. The beds are comfortable, villa is spotless, kitchen is equipped with all we need. The location is especially nice with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We had a larger van this year and didn't try to fit through the gate but found easy parking just in front or around the corner in a public lot. Safe, serene, pristine. We will be back again.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Ca‘ delle Contesse ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Lagune. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, der private Saunabereich ein Highlight. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena's place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Elena's hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning the house herself so we could enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We appreciated her prompt communication and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thank you, Elena, for making our trip so memorable. Our stay at Villa Gavriel was perfect! Andrea is one of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met — always available, super friendly, and even helped us with things beyond the house, especially with language barriers. Now… the house itself? WOW. It is perfect for big families: spacious, full of character, and even better than the pictures. Every space is cozy, beautifully designed, and super functional. The bedrooms are very comfortable, there are lots of bathrooms, two incredible kitchens fully equipped for big family meals, and beautiful gardens with parking space. It truly feels like the perfect Italian experience! You can feel that everything was prepared with care. The location is also great — peaceful surroundings and just a short drive from Padua, Verona, Venice, and more. We had an unforgettable time and are so grateful for everything. Thank you, Andrea, for everything — we’ll always remember this trip with a huge smile!

pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.

Het elitaire eiland ligt zeer afgelegen, op ca 20 min van de hoofdweg en het huis nog eens 10 min van de ingang. De buurt was eind april erg rustig, dat kan ook aan het koude weer hebben gelegen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, de reflecting pool en de tuin zijn echt super. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heel erg veel keukengerei, zelfs een clavinova piano. Niet alles is in nieuwstaat, bijv. Een slot van een deur hapert, de waterkoker lekt, een stuk van de poot van de piano is afgebroken, enz. Instructieboek voor apparatuur ontbreekt. Maar de algehele conditie is nog steeds goed. Binnen zijn er 5 zitplaatsen aan tafel, dus de laatste 2 moesten staand eten (of buiten in de kou met muggen). Alle ramen hebben horren. Heerlijke douche boven. De buren stoken graag houtvuur en dat ruik je in de tuin.
