We had a great stay! Checking in was very simple, I could sleep soundly knowing my car was safe in the secure parking. The bed was comfy, the view was stunning and we had everything we needed! Comfortable and convenient stay as it is close to the waterfront. Fan and heater to accommodate for cold/warm weather. The wi-fi was quick, awesome coffee and very nice appliances in the kitchen (fully equipped). Even though the apartment is very high up - there was an elevator that made it very easy to gain access to all the floors. The staff at reception were very friendly and the hosts are very professional and responded swiftly!

James was very responsive, the place was just like the photos and he made us feel at home. The neighborhood is very safe and with all that is in the neighborhood makes it an ideal place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay. The booking was made very last minute, and the host and owner was super friendly in assisting us. The apartment is literally steps away from the beach. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and has all amenities needed. What a luxurious stay! Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It’s sleek, modern, and spotlessly clean, they have high-end finishes and thoughtful design choice. The cozy living area, comfy bed, well-planned bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen made for a perfect short stay. Amenities like air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washing machine in the room, added extra convenience. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the Sea Point promenade with stunning ocean/mountain views, plus it’s super close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s also well-placed for exploring my top picks, like the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and surrounding attractions. The service was exceptional. Matt, the general manager, and his team were incredibly welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, Eighty2 on M offers a stylish, comfortable stay with excellent amenities and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cape Town!

This was our second stay at Ann and John's place, and it was just as pleasant and comfortable as the first. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

Wonderful stay in Kamieskroon. We used it as an overnight between Windhoek and Sedgefield. We know the area and in the flower season this would be a perfect place to stay. You have your own little yard with some grass and a nice braai place. The place was exceptionally clean and very cozy as per the name. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay in this Garden Cottage, we went for morning walks in the area, ate at the nearby restaurants and it was easy to travel from here to nearby schools. This area is safe, and easily accessible.

The best place around Rosebank if you want to stay in an authentic Johannesburg apartment. Everything you need (shopping, great restaurants) is accessible by foot - and if you need to get out there is always an Uber or Bolt available instantly (they drop off their passengers to the Mall not far from where the apartment is). Very secure (there are a lot of security guards in the same street). Ndumiso was very reactive and proactive.

Although my stay was short. it was wonderful if I could've stayed longer i would have. Absolutely beautiful garden and I felt really safe
