I had a lovely stay at Nortehaus this Spring. I was looking for a peaceful getaway to be immersed in nature and got just that. I’d love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the surrounding parks and trails, that were closed due to winter storm cleanup. The home was pristine, the sauna was amazing to have on site. Parker was a great host who answered all my questions and responded quickly. I hope to be back again and share it with friends.

This place is a true find! We went there with 10 women looking for a weekend of laughter and relaxation and we got exactly what we wanted. The fire pit, hot tub, sauna, and decks were beautiful and comfortable, even in November. The interior easily slept 10 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to prepare great food. The living area was big and suitable for a large group. Our favourite place was the big table where we sat and talked, played games, had a few drinks, and laughed. The place was as we expected it to be and we had no issues. We definitely would come back again!

This is a great place to stay. The inside is beautiful, super clean and great place to hang out in. Beds are comfortable. Washrooms are nice, clean and have what you need. Kitchen is well stocked, nice to cook in. Common area is very comfortable and the wood burning stove is a great touch. The outside property is super private and an amazing place to walk around. The fire pit is a great way to pass the time. Although we did not end up using the hot tub, it looked very clean. If you’re looking to get away and relax, stay here.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful - we rented it for a family weekend get together and could not be happier. The cottage itself is very well equipped - they’ve thought of everything! And it has lots of space, a huge table to gather around as a family for meals, and lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. It’s a beautiful lake, and quiet area, we will definitely be coming back!

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and nicely located cottage. Loved reading and having a morning coffee on the dock. Nice quiet lake. Not too long a drive.

This place was great, super kid friendly, clean and organized. There were activities for kids and adults within the cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed, big dining space for big group.

We had a great time. Sir Sam’s ski hill nearby. Hot tub was great for those days when ski hill was not an option. There is fast internet at the cottage. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

A great stay! My partner, my dog, and I have been coming to The Lodge for 4 years now and it’s always a fantastic time. It is a perfect and cozy winter stay. We loving coming back to Golden Lake year after year for The Lodge but also because Cindy is such a wonderful host. She is very responsive with any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend :)

This Muskoka getaway was amazing! I booked the cottage for a girls weekend. With the ice storm Bracebridge got during the week, Kevin kept me well updated with power updates. He was was great to communicate with, very friendly and very responsive. The cottage itself was beautiful and had plenty of space and parking for everyone. Check-in was super easy and everything was clean and as described. All of the girls commented on how great the cottage was and liked how much space there was and that there was a pool table, dart board and hot tub. I also hosted an in-person Clue Game, and it was great having so many rooms. We didn't use the pool as it wasn't open (winter season) but the pool would be so nice in the summer with the sundeck attached. I can't wait to book again, maybe a summer getaway! Amazing place - loads to do with board games, pool, ping pong, and the massive kitchen is a great plus for larger groups. Sristhi did a fantastic job recommending places nearby and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back!

Very nice place to stay! Comes as advertised, easy to find, and peaceful. Would recommend as a budget vacation option.

Once again we had a great stay! This was our second year staying at Kunals' place and it was just as we expected. Kunal went above and beyond to accomodate us. Unfortunately a wk. before, due to a bad storm, the liner of the pool was damaged so the pool was inoperable. This is one of the main highlights of Kunals' place for us so it was a little disheartening because we were there for 8 days...HOWEVER, once again Kunal came through!! He purchased an 18ft back up pool and had it assembled and ready to go for our arrival so that we could still enjoy a pool!! My sister and I had a great time, enjoyed the peace and quiet and would stay at Kunals place over an all inclusive Carribbean trip anyday! House was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Kunal gave us late checkout which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be doing an extended stay next summer and are so looking forward to it! Thanks Kunal, you are a great host and we thank you for being so accomodating!!

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

Our stay was perfect! Monica and Richard was wonderful hosts. The house was extremely clean and cozy. And thanks to the calmness of the surrounding we had great sleep. We couldn’t ask for more!

I had an amazing stay at "Peace" of Eden! The property is incredibly beautiful, spacious, and peaceful—perfect for unwinding. Deborah and Ross are fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I mentioned the microwave wasn’t working, they replaced it the very next day! The place was spotless, and the serene atmosphere made me feel like I could sleep all day. I highly recommend this little slice of paradise!

We had an amazing stay at Oren‘s place. It’s a beautiful property, and the perfect place for a little getaway. Warren was extremely communicative and easy to reach. He helped us navigate through the house with ease. It accommodates up to 16 people and has 14 beds which was more than enough for my entire family. Will definitely be staying here again!

Had a fabulous fall weekend at Richard's beautiful cottage in Baysville! The pictures on Airrbnb were totally accurate, this cottage is gorgeous! It has everything you could possibly need for cooking meals, very well appointed kitchen. Cozy living room with ample comfy couches around a gorgeous fireplace. The views of the lake are so pretty... perfect setting! We hioe to return! Thanks Richard!

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Staying at Julia’s place was a great experience ! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The space was cozy, stylish, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Julia was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience.

Beautiful, remote chalet away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Had a great stay. Loved the BBQ and firepit. Host was friendly and welcoming with prompt responses.

Greg’s place is incredible, we would all go back in a heartbeat! Greg is a great host, always responsive and he made sure we had great stay. The place itself is beautiful, has a lot amenities and it’s super cozy. Beds are very comfortable and every space clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommended.

Our cottage stay was the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. From kayaking on the nearby lake, hiking scenic trails, to late-night board games and bonfires under the stars, every day was packed with activities we loved. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and fully stocked, making it easy to unwind after an active day. It was a well-spent getaway full of memories. we can’t wait to go back! Thomas and Tom were very accommodating hosts.

We loved the escape pod so much! Zac and Steph were so lovely and accommodating and have such an amazing property We loved how quiet it was and we got to see lots of wildife during our short stay The hosts even put up a birthday banner and balloons for my wife after i mentioned her bd the night before we checked in. We thought it was such a sweet gesture and it meant alot We stayed during the week in between seasons so there was a day none of the other cabins on their property were booked so we were able to hike to all of them and check them out . All of them are sooo cool! we will definitely be back to the pod and hopefully one or more of the other cabins We were initially booked at another airbnb and i just was getting weird vibes from the host so i canceled and Im so happy we did Zac and Stephs place is exactly what we needed. It was safe,clean,quiet,beautiful and private. We will definitely return 2SLGBTQ+ friendly
