This one bedroom home is very cozy but with plenty of room to stretch out and truly relax. Guests will have access to the entire house Carole and Kerry live nearby and will be at your service should you need anything. Plum Cottage is in the Zilker Park neighborhood. Go for a run on the nearby trails or take a dip in the cool waters of world famous Barton Springs. The cottage is close to great tacos and a true honky-tonk for dancing. If you do not have a car we recommend using Urber to get around. There is also a bus stop only one block away with an express route to downtown. There are several resturaunts, coffee shops and a Walgreens within a few minutes walk.

Welcome to our backyard oasis! Get the tranquil, relaxing vibes while being minutes from all the desired destinations. We are 2 miles from South Congress (best dining and shopping In Austin), 8 miles from the airport & 4.5 miles from downtown. When you stay here you will also have access to a dry/wet 8 person barrel sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit, laundry room, and backyard deck to sip your morning cup of joe (or tea). Our family lives in the main house, so no party animals, please.

The SoCo Cottage Collection 2 is a quiet Cottage just off South Congress. It has a bedroom with a Queen Bed and a futon couch in the living area. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a completely separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. There is not a reserved parking spot for this unit, however street parking is usually readily available. See you soon!
