Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

Amazing place! Nice corner apartment with an incredible view! We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable interior, with all the amenities we need, even for my baby…the host was very friendly, responsive and easy going! We need to extend our stay and he made it very easy for us! I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Miami

Everything was great, as described and even better than expected. The space was clean and comfortable with great kitchen, common area and nice shower. Easy, peaceful walk to beach and stores. Would def stay here again.

We had a great stay! My kids loved the pool and we had the whole pool to ourselves during our visit. The location was perfect!

El departamento lindo! El utensilio de cocinó sucio, quisimos suspender un par de días por el paso del huracán Milton con la dueña para estar tranquilos. Pero ella indicó que solo se podría si Miami diera orden de evacuación. Más atención tuvimos con la Sra. Liliana que es la encargada de la administración. Alquilamos por 8 días y solo nos pusieron dos rollos de papel, una bolsa de basura. La cama muy cómoda y sus almohadas deliciosas.

Absolutely loved this rental! It was newly updated. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It worked perfectly for my husband, myself, and our 3 kids. They provided a beach umbrella, chairs, towels, beach bag, and sand toys. This was so helpful since we flew in and couldn’t bring those big items. The pantry was stocked with spices and many of the cooking staples which were very helpful. Incredibly pleased with this rental. Would absolutely recommend Nicholette and this property!

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

I loved the place and its amenities, I really enjoyed sharing with my family the living room in the back with nature. very nice.

Great home and hospitality. A bit further to the beach than we would have liked and the walk is not the most scenic but Uber rides are fine back and forth! The pool and outdoor space is wonderful break from the beach. Communication was super!

This home was amazing! The location can't be beat. It is close to the airport, beach, grocery store, and the many restaurants! The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make a great home cooked meal - including a grill outside. I highly recommend this beachy retreat!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood but close to everything. Ayat helped me with a last minute booking and it was perfect. A stunning, spacious and happy home. Will definitely be back!

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

We were in Fort Lauderdale for a conference and we found this place very beautiful for all 9 of our team. There is a lovely pool and an outdoor sitting area which was a great place to relax in the evening. The kitchen is modern and great appliances for making breakfast before heading out in the morning. Richard was super responsive and easy to keep in touch with. Overall, very happy with the house and the number of rooms for our party.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

Este lugar es tal cual en las fotos...amplio, limpio, la ubicacion privilegiada a 1 cuadra de la playa y locales comerciales, los vecinos muy amables....Sonia siempre atenta y responde rapido...volveria sin pensarlo dos veces...Gracias Sonia por este hermoso lugar

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Great location. Host was very responsive. Listing was clean and all necessary items were provided. Will recommend for sure.

La estadía estuvo perfecta. Siempre tuvimos muy buena comunicación. La ducha es gigante y bastante relajante. A pesar de que estábamos de 40 a 60 minutos de Miami dependiendo del tráfico, definitivamente es un lugar en el que me volvería a quedar y recomiendo que si quieres estar en Miami igualmente te quedes en este sitio que queda en Hollywood. El sitio es bellisimo y estas literalmente a una cuadra de la playa donde encuentras de todo. El apartamento también tiene todo lo necesario para estar ahí. Gracias
