Love the complex. It’s was spotless and everything was in walking distance barely needed my car. I would highly recommend staying there.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Let me start by saying this is my FIRST AirBNB experience. I went down to check out a few homes for sale and needed a place close by. My original hotel was not ok and I reached out to Kamilah for a possible check in the same day. She was so friendly, kind, and responsive! We ended up booking right away (me, my kids, and our dog). It was a bit confusing for me checking in because I never had to use a keypad before, but the host was quick to respond and explained it to me. After that, we realized how amazing this place was! It’s a wonderful location. Anything you need is within a block. Food, gas, grocery, etc. There’s a huge shopping plaza a few minutes away. I needed access to the highways quite a bit, and this place was minutes from the highways, too. It was very kid and dog friendly! Residents were very kind, too. Amenities, like the pool and playground, were a huge hit with my family! We absolutely LOVED our stay! We thank Kamilah so much for the last minute booking! It was amazing!

Had a great visit. Enjoyed our stay. Only one complaint the one morning the gate wasn’t opening when called and it took about 15 minutes to get inside we finally went in the exit gate when someone came out. But I do believe there was a problem with gate as others couldn’t get in either.

Great apartment just north of downtown Greenville. Placed in the Stone Avenue corridor with walkable restaurants. Walkable to downtown too.

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

Overall it was a good stay. Todd was very friendly. The condo was clean and nice. The pool,lazy river, hot tub area was not so clean.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Everything was just as advertised. Richard is a fantastic host, very gracious and accommodating to his guests. The area is quiet, beautiful and everyone we met was very nice and welcoming.

Stay was extremely enjoyable and would definitely stay there again. Great communication and pleasure to do business with.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Melissa was a great host! Everything was easy and the place was beautiful. Great location with walkable beach access and easy drive to Mt pleasant and Charleston. we loved it and will definitely look to stay with Melissa again.

We originally booked in Clemson near our student, but had to leave due to an unexpected issue at the apartment. The property management quickly switched us to an available option in nearby Seneca and we ended up in a wonderful, very spacious house, comfortable and clean. We had everything we could wish for and enjoyed the luxurious master bath, very-well stocked kitchen and the gym! The house is surrounded by lovely oaks and the area is peaceful and quiet. We stayed over a week and felt very well rested when we left. The management went out of their way accommodating us.

We had a great stay at Dana's place, and the dogs loved the big back yard!

Great place to stay in a good location. The space was as described and fully stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The only hiccup we experienced was with the office, not the host. We’d planned on renting a golf cart but upon calling the office I was told the woman who rents them out is only there from 10-2, and we’d be arriving at 3. Was also told we could not reserve one ahead of time even though there were plenty to rent, per the owner. We did not end up getting a golf cart, which was disappointing since everyone drives golf carts here and it’s easier to get around with one. Bobby was great to communicate with and always replied to any questions I had in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the private/community beach access with the key card Bobby graciously left for us. A box of Lindt chocolates was left for us upon our arrival, which we much appreciated. My kids had fun on the playground. The indoor pool was closed so we never used that during our stay.

Frederico was always ready to answer our questions and responded well to some minor issues we had (e.g., the Wi-Fi wasn't working when we arrived due to the wrong password provided, and check-out instructions didn't automatically come at the end of our stay). Excellent place and quiet neighborhood; the "real deal" is the huge backyard where you can relax and watch your children play. The house is comfortable and was completely renovated. Bathrooms are OK, and the living/dining rooms are good for a family of 4-6 people. As a suggestion for future improvements, maybe a modern coffee maker and better bath towels would be good. A blackout curtain for the master bedroom (as they have in the others) would also be great. But nothing to worry about or discredit the house and the host. I would definitely stay there again!

This property was perfect for our needs. It was an ideal alternative to two hotel rooms for a weekend in Greenville. The house was clean and exactly as described. The location was great for us as we were splitting time between downtown Greenville and Furman University. Jade was very responsive both before and during the rental period to any questions we had. She was able to accommodate our request for a late check out as well without any difficulty. We had our 2 small dogs with us and the fenced back yard was ideal for them to hang out and do their business. The only thing to be aware of is the surrounding neighborhood. We never felt unsafe at all, but the property is on the edge of an area adjacent to some businesses where there were some folks just "hanging out." We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed for a week and we enjoyed our time there. Daniela was easy to contact and got right back to us. The pools were great for our teenage boys. Lots to do all around the area. The house was exactly what was in the pictures and it was very clean. Thanks for a relaxing week. 🔆
