Fantastic unit and host was very communicative..will book again

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Hieu’s Airbnb while visiting Austin. We stayed here 9 nights and the apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. A nice little detail is they had laundry / dishwasher detergents. Unfortunately we did however find the noise insulation quite poor, with lots of noise from the streets and neighbors. The apartment could also be cleaner (there was dust in the bathroom and kitchen). The location is good, not too far from downtown by either car or public transport.

Keith’s place was perfect for my stay while in town for work. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen which is always a big plus for me. The couch and living room in general are soo comfy/cozy for watching movies or relaxing to read a good book. The bed is very comfy and on the more firm side. As mentioned before the upstairs neighbors are pretty heavy footed. I slept so well and noise was not an issue for me. There’s a sound machine that helped. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was walkable (food, bars, shopping).

We really enjoyed our stay at Omer's place in the Domain. We stay in lots of Airbnbs, and rarely do they come with all the extra things needed like K-cups/coffee, extra TP, toiletries, water, snacks, etc. Omer's place came with all of the above and more! Such a great surprise. The location is ideal, with many restaurants and middle to high-end shopping. Beautiful place, great location...perfect weekend! Thank you, Omer!

Had such a great stay! This home was perfect for a one night stay. Enjoyed it and my dogs loved the back yard! Highly recommend.

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of five (Mom, Dad and three adult children). Convenient short commute to downtown Austin. Host was a great communicator and helpful when questions were asked.

Nehemiah’s spacious Airbnb near Austin and close to the airport is a truly amazing place to stay! It is large and open-spaced with two floors! It is also kid friendly! It well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. There are three bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen! You don’t need to bring anything, because his place has everything you need! I strongly recommend this Airbnb and I will gladly stay here again!

Could not have asked for anything better! Very responsive and accommodating host with clear check-in instructions to a spotlessly clean home close to downtown. We enjoyed relaxing at this beautifully updated home as our pup had the time of her life running around the large fully fenced backyard! We will definitely rebook and also check out the host's other listings with our future Austin visits!

Nil’s place was great! The condo was perfectly sized - spacious but cozy. And clean! The pool was also so nice to relax at and watch the sunset behind the skyline. The coffee, cocktails, and convenience shop that was attached to the lobby was a great amenity. The only downside about our stay was just the building itself. The elevators were very faulty with the key card function and we usually had to wait awhile to get on an elevator once called. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this place. Nil was also very responsive and helpful, especially with getting an early check-in!

Great place to stay! Bars/food trucks were within walking distance!

Good location and easy access to downtown. Condo was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after being out. The amenities were as described and the instructions on the secure entrances was clear. Didn't need to contact hosts as everything was spelled out!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

Jessica was a great host! She communicates clearly and is accommodating. The place was clean, the location is nearby a lot of great food spots, and the area is safe. I really appreciate how we had a late checkout and Jessica was very understanding. Would gladly come back!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
