Spacious, conveniently located, good city views and a fair price. Appreciated the fast communication and help provided by the host. This is great if you have 4-6 people staying together and need a nice place to stay. Also washing machine, dryer, fridge and kitchen was handy for day to day living.

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

Lorna's place felt like a home away from home. The comfortable and welcoming atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. Ma'am Delfa was incredibly accommodating – we were able to check in early thanks to her flexibility, and she even offered to help us with our luggages which went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you.

My second time staying at Sekyan's place was just as nice as the first. Great apartment, nice area, friendly and proactive host and great value for money.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Linh and Binh were amazing hosts. The house is new and gives off a luxurious feeling. The high ceilings and the wooden floors and ceiling add a very warm and stylish touch. There's also a small but lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Linh and Binh are very attentive and professional. They helped me rent a motorbike and even shared super useful lists of places to visit via WP. I can also say they are kind and respectful people. The house is located in a developing, quiet, and safe neighborhood. As far as I know, many digital nomads and tourists stay around here. It's not super close to the beach, but I walked there a few times with no problem. Grab rides are quick and convenient anyway. Plus, being in the center of the island means you're equally close to many different spots. I was really happy with both the place and the hosts. Highly recommended!

This condo unit has a homey feel with modest furnishings and was sufficient for our needs for a restful stay. All the hosts were communicative and helpful and clearly provided all rules and instructions and prompt responses to our questions. We appreciated the follow-ups regarding issues we had with the Internet and streaming services, especially by Ate Tin who came in personally to provide assistance. While the stay was generally positive, there were minor points for improvement like one of the lights was constantly flickering and for some reason, a strong deodorizer smell was quite prominent in the unit. Making heads or tails of using the electric stove is also always a challenge in Grass Residences units (^_^;) Overall, we had a pleasant time at FaithfulNest. Thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and for allowing us to stay.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

We had a great stay as a family of 5 at Knot’s place. The location was A+, so close to Wat Phrasing, many restaurants, the 7/11 & ATM, and so close to hail a Tuk Tuk or red truck for sightseeing. The Sunday night market was right around the corner. Check in was easy, we were able to store our luggage all day since we arrived early morning and checkin was at 15:00. The apartment was clean and just like the photos. We all had enough space to spread out. Overall, a great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at La Donna’s home. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location near shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Wir hatten zu dritt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Wasserfilter in der Wohnung ist richtig gut und der Pool auf dem Dach das absolute Sahnehäubchen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

me and friends enjoyed our stay. nawala rin iyong worry ng need may susing dala or naiwan since naka smart lock na. sa lahat ng airbnb na natuluyan namin siya iyong pinakamabango, linis rin ng CR and walang amoy. perfect rin for concert goers in MOA Arena kasi may malaking salamin sila so di mahirapan mag ayos. may alfamart sa baba and maraming kainan rin, then if tamad maglakad pa MOA, sa harap mismo may mga jeep. if ayaw naman mag jeep, madali lang din mag book ng grab. had an issue with the wifi upon checking in, told the host and inayos rin nila agad. lahat rin ng questions before the stay, sumasagot sila agad. will definitely stay here again if may concert uli na pupuntahan sa MOA arena.

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

We stayed for 4 days at Anna’s place. Since it was just a short trip from abroad, the location made it easier to go around and do the errands that I needed to complete for my documents. Todo genial, para ir a Manila, hay que coger un jeepney hasta la estación de santos y listo, es mucho más rápido que el Grab. El apartamento genial no le falta de nada. Muy recomendable
