Great stay especially for big group!

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. Linh and Binh were amazing hosts. The house is new and gives off a luxurious feeling. The high ceilings and the wooden floors and ceiling add a very warm and stylish touch. There's also a small but lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Linh and Binh are very attentive and professional. They helped me rent a motorbike and even shared super useful lists of places to visit via WP. I can also say they are kind and respectful people. The house is located in a developing, quiet, and safe neighborhood. As far as I know, many digital nomads and tourists stay around here. It's not super close to the beach, but I walked there a few times with no problem. Grab rides are quick and convenient anyway. Plus, being in the center of the island means you're equally close to many different spots. I was really happy with both the place and the hosts. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Karon Beach, the villa is ideally located between the resorts of Kata and Karon Beaches so you have the best of both worlds and if you fancy a mad night on Bangla Road in Patong then that’s just a 500 baht tuk tuk ride away. The villa is on a private road and is extremely peaceful, it’s actually part of a complex so you get cleaning service, clean towels and water every day if required. House keeping were brilliant and Peaches messaged us every day of our stay. Ideally located for trips off etc and there are loads of travel agents on the main road to the beach (10 minute walk away), friendly work of advice is whatever they ask for trips haggle, we paid 1100 baht per person for all day excursions to James Bond island which were advertised for 3500 baht per person. If you plan all your trips in advance for your stay and book them together you will get an even better deal.

Quiet place- except dogs barking but that’s understandable- for a rural place Aside from the brief black out - lighting was sufficient- Air conditioning needs improvement The toilet bowl in one of the bathrooms was moving- and there was no toilet paper holder- Despite the above comments- I think the pace is very spacious and conducive for big families
