Renta de casas adosadas vacacionales en Goa del sur

Quelques jours entre amis passés chez Shiny. Petite résidence en retrait de la route, un gardien à l'entrée et une belle végétation. Maison spacieuse et bien entretenue. Les matelas pourraient être changés car très durs au couchage. Shiny est une hôte très réactive, dispo pour toute question. Petits commerces et restauration à 5 mn à pied. Problème d'entretien de la piscine mais très difficile avec ces températures. Shiny a contacté le personnel d'entretien mais problème persistant. C'est une piscine collective donc difficile à maîtriser.

This place is very beautiful and clean. What you see in the pictures you get the same. This place is very close to Miramar beach, you can easily walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and a house help is also there to take care of your meals. Overall a great experience and highly recommended for everyone.

We were a group of 10 people staying at the villa and we had an absolutely amazing time. There were indeed no problems we faced throughout our stay. Anil and Sunil both were excellent hosts, giving us suggestions to visit different places and communicating very well whenever we needed help. The villa was air conditioned as well. Our caretaker and Pankaj ji were also really helpful and were just a call away whenever we needed anything. The villa was cleaned everyday after we left! Since it was a gated community, there were no issues for safety as well. Overall, we had a marvellous time staying at the villa with no problems faced. Would highly recommend it!

Stay was amazing, it was exactly what we expected. Ashish was the host who has received us and the way he has helped us in exploring places, arraging travel, place recommendations was of a great help.

awesome experience, this was my 6th visit in goa but no one gave us service like this, Anil and his team is awesome,we like home care taker the most (shubhankar) he is very nice and helpful person, and the manager Ashish also helped us alot, all rooms are great, clean, and beautifully decorated, we will definitely visit again in this villa , everything was awesome, swimming pool is big and clean, thank u so much for making our trip so beautiful and happy, thank anil sir,Ashish sir ,and love u shubhankar bhai (room caretaker)

We a group of five friends stayed at this place for two nights. It is a perfect getaway place, with spacious rooms good to accomodate a small to a mid sized family. The villa is maintained well with all the necessary amentities. Also there is a nice well maintained pool which is just opposite to the villa. We enjoyed taking a few laps of swim on one of the morning times. The Benaulim beach at just 300 metres walking distance from the villa. The beach is a well maintained one with less crowd, perfect for a weekend family trip. Overall our stay was pretty pleasant one, would highly recommend this place to all. Thanks Jonathan and team!

This place felt just like home with the colva beach at a walkable distance from the stay it was quite fun..also you sleep very well here something about the homely ambiance.. the host is very polite, considerate and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this homestay for a peaceful stay at colva
