Wow! Just Wow! Beautiful property in a great location. I plan to visit again and for longer

Jason’s place is adorable and overlooks the beautiful Oglethorpe Square. We took a Lyft to Tybee Island for a day, but other than that, we were able to walk everywhere. Seriously, anything you could want is within a few blocks, including a nearby CVS, which came in handy more than once. Also, the river front is a 5-minute walk and blew us away. We loved not having the hassle of a car/parking. The apartment is efficient and the bed is super cozy. The space is small but it doesn’t feel that way! Jason was responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

The accomadation was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. it was a lovely place to come home to after a long day of walking and exploring. Ron was gracious and generous with his time and went out of his way to helpus when we had a snafu with our next accomadations. The nieghborhood is quiet and centrally located. I would highly recommend!

The renovation of this property is so well done! The peaceful garden perfectly matches the aesthetic of Savannah! Tall people need to duck while entering the half bath as the door is very low, could be a rude awakening going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! LOVED the pleasant surprise of the quaint little patio off the master! As others have mentioned, the shower is FABULOUS! Location is great and Matt offered lots of local recommendations! Maybe it was us but we had a tough time finding our unit from the back garden entrance. Make sure you go past the fountain and through the red door to find the door to your unit. Appreciated the amenities provided! Good thinking on the sound machine! This property was a great find!

We loved everything about the place. The apartment was spotless (and I'm really fussy about cleanliness) and the location couldn't be better for a visit to Savannah. It was wonderful having a designated parking spot too.

True to it's title, this place was a Garden Oasis! The courtyard was a fantastic place to hang out reading and drinking coffee. So many gorgeous plants and flowers and a lovely fountain. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Especially loved all the original artwork in the place, which is such a hallmark of Savannah. We enjoyed the map with suggestions of favorite restaurants and sites, particularly because there were a few on there we hadn't heard of before. (We spend quite a bit of time in Savannah.) Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops and to Forsyth Park. Also no trouble finding parking. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely home in Starland area. The backyard was perfect where the Jasmine smelled divine! We had a great three day getaway to see Savannah Bananas. Easy to get downtown, Forsyth Park, and Grayson Stadium. Thank you for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the "yellow house." Everything was just as described and Paul did an amazing job providing everything we needed for our stay (including coffee and snacks!). Staying in a home like this where we you can try to imagine what it would have been like when first inhabited in 1900 far beats a typical hotel or "newer" home. Several great restaurants within walking distance as well as Forsyth Park. As it seems commonplace in the downtown Savannah area, this home is sprinkled among other homes built in the same era that may have yet to have been restored: however this would not prevent me from recommending Paul's place to anyone wishing to experience historic Savannah. And... most importantly, Paul was an extremely responsive and helpful host. He answered quickly, provided suggestions, and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed! Thanks Paul for helping our family make memories in Savannah!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael and Anna’s place. It’s only a block to the beautiful Forsyth Park and there is plenty of free parking available. Michael and Anna gave clear instructions about paying attention to the street sweeping signs which was helpful. The house is located closer to the far end of the park but it’s still an easy walk to get to the historic district points of interest and great restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom. We appreciated having the washer and dryer with laundry detergent so we could do a load of laundry. The kitchen has nice full size appliances and plenty of extra small appliances, spices, plates, utensils, etc. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen was equipped with everything we would have needed. The towels in the bathroom were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. There’s a front patio with chairs too. We would definitely stay here again!

The Jingle Bell Square House was a pleasure to stay in- we only wished we had booked a longer vacation! It is in easy walking distance to most of the sites in the historic district, yet is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. The house itself is charming and comfortable, well equipped and spotless. The back porch and garden were a bonus- a great place to relax with morning coffee or an afternoon drink. All in all, a great place to stay. We hope to come back!

From start to finish the service that the host Katie provided was exceptional. Great communication responded very quickly. All the information I needed was provided in a timely fashion. Upon arrival. The only thing I will say is if you’re driving too fast, you might miss the house because it’s literally the first one after the corner, but that had nothing to do with the host. The place was immaculate. Well laid out as described very clean and Very organized. Everything was where it was supposed to be the instructions were very clear and if I have questions she quick to answer. The pictures did not do justice because it was just a beautiful cozy sweet home. The area was quiet & everywhere I needed to get to was less than 12 minutes away. I have no complaints. I will definitely consider this place/host again if it’s available when I return to Savannah. Thank you ever so much, if I had more time I would’ve stayed longer.

We stayed here for a girls trip. We were able to spend the day/night on River Street downtown Savannah and come back to a beautifully decorated home. The decor in this home was very feminine and we absolutely loved talking late at night on the extremely comfy couch. Everything was clean and had all we needed! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Savannah and stay close.

The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The ping pong table was great for our kids, the fenced in yard let our dog roam with ease. If you have a dog that likes to jump just be aware one side of the yard has a much lower fence than the rest, but there are no holes or gaps in any of the fence its very secure. Each room of the home is stunning, it smells wonderful and is very comfortable. Would definitely book here again if we come to the area.

This is a beautiful home. It is well furnished and has everything you need. It is located in a great spot if you plan on staying in the historic district and want access to River street and the downtown area, you are in walking distance of everything. Another thing that is great about the property was the thoughtfulness of leaving brouchures and maps from all the local attractions on the coffee table to look through. We come down to Savannah every year and I will book this location again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Cortney’s place. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view and just steps from the beach. The unit was just perfect for our beach getaway. Thank you Cortney for the detailed information you provided!

Sarah and Michael’s condo was perfect for us-a couple and a friend. Excellent location-only steps to the historic district and riverfront. Surrounded by an array of superb restaurants. Immaculately clean.

Sand Dollar is a great place to stay and enjoy, especially with family. A very secured and peaceful place with private beach. We got to see some Dolphins in the Atlantic ,jumping, made the stay worth even more. Place is near to local attractions too. Will surely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Tybee Island. Thanks to Kristina. She was a great host.

Wow! The space is great. Very nicely decorated. Comfortable and quiet. You get a garage pass but once we parked there was almost no reason to drive. You can walk everywhere. City market is maybe two blocks away. Restaurants and shopping. We always felt safe. We will be back soon since we have family in the area.

Host was very friendly and responsive. Place was neat and clean and as described and pictured. Our early spring trip was very peaceful and private.

Great location!! Easy check in and out, basically just leave (no cleaning procedures)! So many great extras like wine and snacks! Fully stocked bathrooms and really comfy beds! Cant beat the location for the price. Right next to forsyth park where the iconic fountain is.

We've had the absolute pleasure to stay at several of Michael and Sarah's properties. Each one has been unique, beautiful and made for an exceptionally pleasant stay. This little gem just happened to be available for a last minute, one night stay. Every little detail was well thought out and perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of large, fluffy towels, and thin pillows, which is an absolute plus for us! (None of us like thick, bulky pillows that crank your neck and increase the chiropractic bills!) The only downside to our stay was that we couldn't stay longer! This beautiful home was approximately 2 blocks from gorgeous Forsyth Park. Tree lined, quiet neighborhood with easy, free parking right out front, which was wonderful as we arrived at 10:30 pm! We were so fortunate to find this little charming little home! You can never go wrong with one of Michael and Sarah's properties! They are ALWAYS top notch! Thank you for another fabulous stay!
