It is a great place to stay. feels like a home

Colin and his folks made us feel right at home. The place was great with greenery all around and a river front. Had great views from the property itself. It's really close to the beach as well (Thannirbavi), which was clean and well managed, without the crowd. Getting to the city was easy and within 15 minutes we were able to reach most places. Colin also offers a nice boat ride as well as Kayaking facility. I recommend folks to make the most of it.

We rented the private hut space in the property and I must say, we felt home instantly! The Hut was so cozy and welcoming and it was exactly and more than what we expected. I wished that the ceiling of the first floor was even higher as we had to crawl every time we had to move. however, we got used to that too quite soon as it brought us all more together. We were allowed access to the common areas of the property. It is extremely well-maintained and it's heaven to be there. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's great we could cook ourselves, make ourselves some tea. Vignesh was a very kind and generous host. He showed us the other rooms which I'm looking forward to booking the next time I'm in Auroville. if you're looking for a place that's away from all the noise, amongst nature, economical, functional and feels at home, this is the place.

Had a great stay at Lilly’s Cottage in Kodaikanal. The place is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a quiet getaway. The outdoor seating area is a big plus — ideal for enjoying the weather or sitting around a campfire in the evening. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the hills.

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

This was the perfect place for my stay! The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable experience a cozy bed, plenty of storage space, and a well equipped bathroom. The little touches, like a bottle of water on the nightstand and extra pillows, really made a difference. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local cafes and transport. I loved how easy it was to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Communication was quick, and they even provided thoughtful recommendations for places to visit nearby. I felt right at home! Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I booked this place for family stay and it turned out exactly as per my expectations. This is beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Got safe place for parking. Host connected us to the caretaker who was always responsive. You have good restaurants in 2-3 kms range with few eateries nearby by. Very peaceful and my family really enjoyed the stay. A definite recommendation.

This place is a nice homestay. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and our landlord was a very nice lady. We had a very good breakfast in her dining room and this is an experience that you will not get at a normal hotel. Thank you Cecilia Cottage for the hospitality and also for the nice and interesting conversations we had.

The property is at a very nice and peaceful location. We booked a Jungle Cabin for me and my wife. What we liked is as soon as we reached we were greeted by lovely Mojo and Jojo. Pet lovers and nature lovers will love this place. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast are really delicious especially the filter coffee, which we ended up buying for our home too. The second thing we loved is the hosts are very friendly and accomodative. Please try their home baked cakes. We had a pleasant and relaxed stay!

We had such a beautiful time at Dana‘s place! The cabin is located very nicely, with a beautiful view over the valley! Everyone is so friendly and Praba‘s food is sooo good. Dana showed us the mountain area on a nice hike which we fully enjoyed. The heated pool is keeping you warm when the weather turns rougher in the afternoon/evening. Overall just a magical place that we fully recommend!

Srinivas is very responsive and attends to queries immediately as well. The property was very clean and the care takers are very sweet people who take good care of us.

Beautiful place with good service. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely loved my stay at the A-frame cabin! The property is located on a strawberry farm which is just the perfect distance away from the nearby town. There is a cute dog, lots of rabbits and chickens and even some cows and koi fish - making you feel like you are in the midst of nature. There are a few small shops within walking distance from the property for snacks / some essentials. The property is picturesque and very very cozy! All the amenities were as described. The ambience, especially when it rains, is serene and something out of a dream. My favourite spot was the little nook next to the bed which is perfect for reading. The only thing we had a difficultly with was finding restaurants within walking distance, but Sirisha was very helpful and gave us some suggestions for food delivery. The check-in process was extremely smooth. Special mention to the caretaker Krishna ji who was very cheerful and helpful. I definitely recommend this property!

Senthil as a host was beyond our expectations. Showed places around and carried good conversations. The place is a serence backdrop in almost forest and it feels like a corner of the world u can get lost and unwind. Highly recommend!

Peaceful, Clean, Simple, Clutter free, Homely Waking up to birds in the morning and going to bed after looking at the starry sky has been an experience that will stay with us for a really long time. Soochipara waterfall is really close and so are some of the entertainment spots. In house kitchen is outstanding, we really enjoyed food, hospitality and the fast service. Mr Ansar does his job perfectly and knows about the local spots which is really helpful in planning the day.
