The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Simply wonderful. we had a lovely stay.The cottage was very cozy and homely. We enjoyed thoroughly. Special mention of the cleaning ladies who came in and also for Shubham, whose food was delicious. last but not the least, the Rahul(host) was very helpful, flexible. We dint face any issues while check in or check out. will definitely visit again.

The apartment was very well maintained and felt like home. The location is peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Hari and his staff were extremely helpful and took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

Staying at Muditha's place was wonderful. The apartment is a little outside of the city center but can easily be reached by Tuktuk. There are a few local markets nearby, we found a grocery store and a local bakery with tasty snacks that can easily be reached by foot. It is surrounded by small temples and lots of greenery, which makes it a good location for peacefull strolls around the neighbourhood. The apartment is very spacious and clean. There is no AC but there are fans in the bedrooms and since the location is a bit higher up, it's not too hot at night. The hosts were very honest and warm people. They gave us privacy but answered within minutes if we ever had a request. They even showed us their garden and let us say hello to the chickens 🥰 They helped us with our every need and even made sure we got on the local bus safely on the day of our departure. I would definitely recommend staying at this place if you are spending a few nights in Kandy!

It was a joy staying at Praveena’s place . Very peaceful neighbourhood and good facilities.Praveena was very friendly and always responsive and even arranged for our car to get cleaned . Definitely recommended and we will of course stay here again .

Our kids coming from US felt right at home. Would recommend this at any time. Amar was extremely helpful and responsive. Location very close to Velachery shopping areas, was extremely convenient.

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. It's a great pleasure to stay in the property. Ahmed is like a brother to me and he is the best host till now to me. We share a beautiful bond. He has helped me in lot of ways, has kept my requests and all the needy things whichever I have required at that point of time.
