The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

There is a dining area with refrigerator, sink,microwave,induction hot pate convection toaster oven, coffee maker, french press dining table,Alexa and LCD TV. The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES.

Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Mullica River Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This bright and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
