Wij waren wat eerder bij de accomodatie dan de inchecktijd, maar we konden gelukkig onze spullen kwijt en gebruik maken van de faciliteiten. Het is een prachtige plek, als je aan het zwembad zit heb je uitzicht op de zee. Ook de menukaart is goed bij de air b&b zelf. We waren beide dol op de chicken curry! Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk, en bij het uitchecken kregen we tips mee (wij waren op rondreis) Echt een aanrader! Wij zouden zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Staying at Villa Kalih was an absolute delight. Tucked away in a peaceful and lush area, it offers the perfect escape from the busy city life. We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation. Everything was perfect ! The accommodation is very cozy and clean. Big favorite for the location in the middle of the rice fields which offers moments of calm and serenity outside the traffic of Ubud There are also very good restaurants close to the accommodation with really low prices

La estadía estuvo perfecta. El lugar es un paraíso, rodeado de rice fields con mucho verde. Ideal para aquellos que no quieren ir a Canggu o Uluwatu y prefieren una estadía más relajada cerca de mucha naturaleza. Se necesita auto o moto si o si para absolutamente todo, por suerte con grab es super fácil. Tambien el dueño vende comida y bebidas que son muy útiles cuando no planeas ir al centro de ubud en auto (1 hora). Nos encantó estar alejados del centro, rodeados de naturaleza. La casa es tal cual las fotos y mejornincluso, y la comunicación con los dueños para ordenar comida, actividades y desayuno es súper fácil. Sobre el ruido de animales que otros huéspedes comentan, se soluciona con simplemente tapones. El único cambio que pediría es mejorar la presión de las duchas. Tampoco salía muy caliente. Recomendaría este alojamiento sin dudas

We hebben het zó geweldig gehad met onze familie! Je voelt je meteen thuis door de gezellige inrichting. Het uitzicht over de rijstvelden is zo mooi! De slaapkamers zijn prima. Wij hadden weinig last van het verkeer. We hebben een paar keer massages laten doen, Awan regelde dat. Dat verliep allemaal prima. Dagelijks maakte Awan een prima ontbijt naar keuze. We vonden het allemaal goed. Awan spreekt genoeg Engels voor de noodzakelijke communicatie. De supermarkt aan de overkant is erg handig, het simpele restaurant op 20 meter ook. Via Grab hebben we ook regelmatig eten besteld. Het was voor een paar van ons een eerste kennismaking met Azië. Door de villa is die eerste indruk geweldig goed!!! Dank je wel Olive voor het ter beschikking stellen van deze unieke plek!

Rustic house away from any noise and people. The hosts were fantastic and always wanted to help ensure our stay was enjoyable. Even gave us fresh coconuts on arrival and helped us rent a scooter for a good price. Would recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet.

Words can’t actually express how beautiful this property is. A lush oasis, Ross’s place is divine. The gardens are next level, the bedroom dwellings great, and the main living space was actual perfection! We had such a relaxing stay as a family of 7, it could not have met our needs any more perfectly. Ross was easy to communicate with, his staff helpful (we took a little bit to get used to them being around, but they were so friendly and respectful, definitely wasn’t them!) and even his recommended driver was sensational. From airport transfers to our own private tour of Ubud, our lovely driver really topped off a wonderful stay in heavenly Ubud. Thanks Ross for sharing your beautiful home with us, we would love to come back some time, it really was the best holiday. 💛

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! Our experience at this villa was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. While there was a bit of a walk from the drop-off point, the staff was ready to greet us, assist with our bags, and escort us to the villa. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we especially appreciated that two of the three bathrooms were outdoors—perfect for rinsing off after a swim without tracking water through the house. The pool was a great size, providing both entertainment and relaxation. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day, and overall, the villa offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We felt so spoiled staying at these villas we didn't realize that the six person villas were three individuals cabins! they have a gorgeous front garden and the stars are beautiful if you stay up for them. Ami, Titha and Yoga wer all so helpful throughout our stay. highly highly recommend staying here for a night or two while visiting Nusa Penusa. Breakfasts were delicious as well!

Schöne geräumige Villa mit traumhaften Garten und coolem Pool. Ruhig und abseits im Jungle. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal für Touren oder wenn gewünscht für schmackhafte Verpflegung. Fern ab von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine entspannte, gemütliche Zeit

Jane is a beautiful person, inside and out! Her house keeper, Made, is also very friendly and keeps everything extremely clean and organized. They both really made me feel so at home and comfortable during my stay. Jane even went out of her way to help me find a power adapter so I could charge my electronic devices. Highly recommend staying here!! Will be returning in the near future. Thank you Jane 🙏🏻🩵

Location was goid you got everything what you need. Although the bed and bathroom have a distinct sort of smelly. They need to try other detergent soap. Thus the communication when you need a service like floating breakfast is so slow. If you plan, plan 3 days before so you'll pretty sure you'll request will be accomodated. Otherwise kind and extremely respectful staffs.

Très joli logement dans un environnement calme et proche de tout à pieds. La jolie salle de bain extérieure et la piscine privée sont de vrais plus . Deux petits bémoles pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et la porte du logement, malgré qu'on la ferme à clé, on pouvait l'ouvrir quand même juste en poussant dessus. Malgré cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour et les personnes qui nous ont accueilli ont été adorables !

We absolutely loved our stay at Kupu Kupu. This is a perfect villa for a stay at Bingin. Away from the main drag but just a quick bike (or car) ride to find your way to the busier parts of Bingin. Cashew Tree, Seed and Salty Coffee all within walking distance and gym and Reform Pilates are just around the corner. Bingin Beach is an easy 10 minutes walk. The villa itself was superb! Elegant beach vibe interior and the outdoor area is so lush with a sparkling pool that no one wanted to get out of! Hendrik was only a step away for any assistance that we needed and was lovely to deal with. We will definitely be booking Villa Kupu Kupu again for our next trip to Bingin. Our favourite accommodation of our holiday!!

Absolutely fantastic place. Worth every penny. We love the pool and how spacious this place is. Definitely enjoyed the experience. And special thanks to Amenda who graciously stayed up late to accommodate our late arrival and late check-out.

This is a very cool space - the whole house (except bedrooms) is an open air concept that makes for a lovely and relaxing vibe. Beautiful garden overlooking river. They have lots of fans to keep you cool, and the bedrooms have air conditioning. We were only there one night, but had dinner, breakfast, and lunch in house and it was super good! Also very highly recommend the massage - outdoors by the river is fabulous, and the ladies who did the massages were fantastic (I had Ayu - so great!). As one of the other reviews mentioned, it’s not quite as isolated/private as some other places (the owners live next door, and the neighbors are building a property on opposite side) - but we did not feel crowded at all and we would definitely recommend this place as well as hope to return sometime soon! The staff was great and we really appreciated their cooking and help arranging transport. Mahalo!

The location of this gorgeous home is what is a standout about this stay. It’s the only accommodation that is right on the beach and makes for a great location to sit back and watch the beach goers and the surfers. It’s simple and traditional if thats what you are looking for. The sound of the waves on the beach at night are really loud at night so something guests need to be aware of but a part from this it’s a really unique experience.
