Fabulous apartment just as described. Clean, comfortable with an excellent position for all amenities. Parking space is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat.

Very clean modern apartment, great location, friendly and helpful host.

The flat was exactly what we needed. It's walkable into Lytham for the shops and restaurants, and there's no noise from the trains. The building did have scaffolding up (which we were told about before we arrived), which made the kitchen and main bedroom very dark. We weren't in the flat much, so it didn't make much difference to our experience. The flat is well described - I just didn't realise until we arrived that the back door into the flat is directly into the 2nd bedroom, where our toddler was going to sleep. It is mentioned in the listing but I missed it so wanted to mention it here. The boiler wasn't working when we arrived but someone came out within half an hour of calling the listed phone number to fix it. Thanks for a lovely stay.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends. Fabulous location right in the middle of town. Lots of great walks, pubs and cafes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Free parking 10 mins away - we dropped our bags at the door then parked.

Church Street was a lovely place to stay, good layout, comfy furniture, plenty of room and all very clean. Location was good for us, 10 mins walk into the centre of Keswick or the lake. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

The property was superb, even better than the photographs. It’s ideally situated for access to Bowness and surrounding area. The views from the outside terrace were fabulous - even though the weather was mixed! The hot tub and games room were well used and enjoyed by our mixed age group. Overall a brilliant holiday in a beautiful home and David our host met us at the property and even allowed us in early!

Excellent accommodation. Stylish apartments, beautifully furnished , well equipped and spotlessly clean. Situated in the heart of Clitheroe , within walking distance to the castle and all amenities. Fabulous restaurants and beautiful countryside nearby. Responsive hosts. Would highly recommend .

Gary was great at communicating. There was a Christmas tree and a welcome basket full of treats a lovely touch! Great thought put into dog friendly home plenty of space and enclosed. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

We booked this house as my Son will be starting work with BAE. We could not believe how close it was to BAE. The house was spotless and on a great link to the bus to Preston, just over the road. Morrisons shop, again 3 minutes walk away. There is a Pub next door but unfortunately was going through a refurbishment so we didn’t get to try the food etc. The garden was well kept as well. The only observation I can make is, it could do with bigger bath towels which on the whole was not the end of the world to us. Over all a great little house. We were very pleased with it.

Great family stay for my daughter's birthday. Short walk to centre of Haworth - which is wonderful. All we needed in the house and a Coop a stone's throw away. Would highly recommend.

Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotless and incredibly comfortable. Set in a lovely town with some amazing restaurants very close by. Lottie was a fabulous host from the get go, arming us with local recommendations of where to eat and what to do. She is incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions promptly and with detail. I could not be more grateful to Lottie nor recommend the flat enough. We all had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay in the apartment as a family of 4. It’s within easy walking distance of the castle, parks and centre and has shops nearby to grab groceries. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather and enjoyed the balcony too. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the sea and the tower from the charming Juliette balcony that embraced the property. Nestled in a wonderfully quiet area next to the Gynn Roundabout, it offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet it's only a 20-minute stroll to the central pier. The amenities are outstanding! With a projector for cosy movie nights, a nest controller for central heating, and a warm log burner, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and truly embrace your stay. The ensuite bathroom and additional toilet enhance the convenience, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group. One of the standout features is how spotless everything is; it’s clear that the host takes immense pride in maintaining this beautiful property. From the moment you step in, it feels inviting and fresh. I was also amazed by the tranquillity at night. I would 100% stay here again.

This was the prettiest and most modern air bnb I have ever stayed in. I think this flat was great value for money. It had great personal touch such as lovely glasses for the bedside, teapot, hot chocolate machine, coffee machine, shampoo/conditioners/body washes. The coat itself was beautifully designed and we felt like we were home. It was so aesthetically pleasing. We had 2 great night sleeps and a comfortable stay. We cooked in the kitchen and all utensils and condiments were provided. Location was great- very easy to find. Also, we ate at Blocks which did fantastic steaks. We also drove 30 minutes away and went on a walk to scale force waterfall which was breathtaking. There are so many bars and pubs to explore. We will definitely be staying again.

Our stay at the house was absolutely wonderful. Everything was incredibly well-organized, beautifully decorated, spotless, and truly impeccable. From the very beginning, Nihal welcomed us with such warmth and care, always attentive and thoughtful. She went above and beyond by surprising our children with a lovely Easter gift such a special gesture that touched our hearts. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house had everything we could possibly need, making us feel completely at home. It was truly an exceptional experience, and staying at this house made our weekend even more special.
