Such a beautiful home and a real treat to be able to stay there, offered a very relaxed atmosphere with great amenities and a very lovley breakfast Sophie and her husband were very welcoming and so accommodating especially as we had delays on our journey and arrived much later than planned. I was travelling with friends to enjoy an evening at Newmarket Racecourse and we all enjoyed our stay very much and said we would definitely come back again

My family and I stayed in the suite at the guest house. Everyone slept well, and the shower was nice and warm. The wireless internet didn't reach the suite, but was available in the main house, where we were welcome to sit for the evening. Breakfast was provided and was excellent and had a wide variety of options including a full English. Our hosts were very hospitable and helpful when we needed to find food and also when my wife suffered an allergic reaction. All in all, we would definitely come back next time that we're in the area.

This was our second stay and we had a very nice relaxing time again, greeted on arrival with delicious tea and cake and made to feel very welcome. We had a fantastic meal on the first night cooked by the very talented Louise and a beautiful cooked breakfast each morning, highly recommend place to stay and hopefully we will come again.

Great house, lovely host and delicious breakfast

Every year we come and stay near Halesworth to visit family. We must have tried 8 different B&B’s but finally we have found one we love. Hall Farm is the most idyllic place to stay - beautiful house and gardens and very friendly and helpful hosts - and a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and eggs from their chickens. We will be back next year!

Susan was a warm and welcoming host with a lovely house and very cute puppy. Although the accommodation is shared I had a private room that contained thoughtful amenities such as hot drinks, a small fridge and biscuits.

Lovely and unique property. Good location for exploring this part of Norfolk. Great host and good value.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Penny's. Beautiful area, lovely cosy home, super comfy bed, very good shower . Penny is super friendly and so his the adorable Tig :) Highly recommend

Lovely area, very peaceful and quiet. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. The house is a tiny bit tricky to find because all the houses on the street look the same, but fine as long as you look for the number. Literally a 2 minute walk from Chaucer Barn, so was perfect for attending the venue for a wedding.

Perfect location for our visit to The Spa Pavilion to see a show. Both Jo & Christian very welcoming & helpful. Accommodation was fantastic, spotless & provided everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend. We will definitely book to stay there again when we return for another show in the future. Many thanks. Loved meeting your beautiful cats x

Fantastic location with stunning views coupled with a lovely place and attention to detail meant we had a very restful stay. Kate is a great host!!

Clementine made our family feel very at home, including kindly let us stay past the check out time and play in her little girl's playroom. She was also very accommodating and made vegan friendly bread for breakfast which was very kind of her. It is a beautiful old building well situated in the middle of the town, the room and beds were very comfortable.

Kitty was the most welcoming and friendly host. I loved Halesworth and could walk to the centre within 25 mins or drive there within 5 mins. I stayed for the INK festival and it was an ideal location. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed all the books and classic surroundings. The shower was great and bathroom very clean. Enjoyed the herb teas on offer in the room and biscuits. It was a blissful place to stay and Kitty helpfully offered recommendations. I’d like to stay there again next year.

Staying at Tim's house was truly special. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautifully decorated home we felt so comfortable. Our bedroom was just amazing with everything you could possibly need plus extras that were very much appreciated. Tim is a wonderful host and he treated us to the most spectacular breakfasts. Although the house is within easy walking distance of the town centre it was very quiet. We can't recommend Tim highly enough and we would love to come back.

Great place to stay whilst working nearby. My own front door with parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The breakfast items supplied are a lovely touch.

My second time at Nicky's....excellent...the only thing is that the house is on a country road and satnav (both Google and Apple) are incorrect with the directions...and coming back late in the pitch-black - no street lights - can be challenging. Nicky solved it the second night by putting out a light!

Anna was very helpful from the moment the stay was booked, sending me messages advising on the parking, and a map of where the property was located to assist with finding it. Dining room laid for breakfast each morning with selection of cereal, granola and yogurt. Extremely responsive to any messages, and even sat down stairs with her and had a nice chat one evening after work. And like others mentioned, came home from work to a lovely home baked cake. Would recommend this place to my own friends and family

Wendy was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. The facilities were as described and were made to feel very welcome. The garden was lovely to sit in at night overlooking the fields and Frankie the dog was great fun. Would highly recommend Wendy as a host she really made you feel at home. 10 out of 10

Fantastic place to say! Such a lovely couple! Peaceful and quiet. Had a fantastic stay on a work trip! The room was lovely and bed was an amazing sleep! Just brilliant can’t say anymore! If back down will be trying to book it again!!

The best hosts you could wish for, making everything available for our stay, in their beautiful home. We were made to feel very welcome and would expect anyone staying to have an enjoyable and relaxing time. On a personal note...they took time and care to look after all of our requirements...we were blown away by how accommodating they were and yet still they were able to offer us all the privacy we wanted. Coming back asap!

Loved the place and Gary was a lovely friendly host. Breakfast was lovely too. The chocolates are too beautiful, I haven't yet been able to eat mine for this reason. Penny loved hers though. Thank you Gary.

I cannot recommend staying here more. Its such a lovely place. Lovely area- lots of places to visit nearby. Unfortunately the Yurt was closed but Priscilla recommended the Westleton crown down the road (<5 min drive). Its very good value for money. Priscilla made our stay lovely and was very flexible. She put out a lovely breakfast included in the price. Its such great value. I cant think of any flaws. Thanks Priscilla!

An absolutely idyllic spot - the perfect place to relax and unwind and reconnect to what is important in life - nature and appreciating all its beauty. Jill has some beautiful animals that wander freely enjoying the perfect contented life. With a G and T in hand we sat and gazed out of the window for hours just enjoying the view and all it had to offer. The cooked breakfast was absolutely amazing with home made jams and freshly pressed apple juice I just cannot recommend Jills accommodation highly enough we will definitely be returning. Amazing ❤️
