Had a great stay. Really peaceful location in rural Norfolk but within walking distance of a great pub. The outside space was simply amazing, almost too much choice of places to sit! So many amenities with the pizza oven, gas BBQ griddle, charcoal BBQ, two sheltered outdoor areas and of course the hot tub. Lots of information provided upfront. Check in was a breeze. Place was spotless. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at Mims hut. It was lovely warm with the heater on, and the log burner made it even more cosy. The bed was super cosy, and there was tea and coffee supplied which is always nice. The area is lovely and overall we had a lovely trip away for valentines day!

A great place to stay- it's a beautifully renovated yet wonderfully original wagon, that's comfortable and well appointed for any retreat. We really enjoyed the garden space to be amongst the fruits and vegetables and Bertie the horse! Wish we could've stayed longer! Overall just the tranquility we wanted. Thanks to Julia for being great and accommodating host.

We had a great weekend away here. The room was beautifully furnished and cosy in peaceful Holkam Park, and close enough to walk into Wells-next-the-sea. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the room had everything you needed. Johanna was a helpful and responsive host. Thanks for a great stay!

Very responsive friendly host. Lovely cabin with everything you needed in the centre of Wells, but very quiet and secluded. Enclosed courtyard great to let the dog out 1st and last thing , with a table and chairs. Bed very comfortable as was the sofa. Lovely and airy inside

Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at Aquarius in Kessingland. It was a great base to explore the local beaches and nearby coastal towns. We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were out at Southwold and Benacre mostly, but the accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean/tidy. Sue was a great host and the instructions to find the property were clear and simple. Kessingland beach was lovely and we could easily come back and spend a few days just relaxing and playing on the beach. We would love to come back and visit again soon!

Michelle‘s Shepherd hut was more stunning than the pictures depicted. Everything was spotless and the setting was idylllic. The fire pit was a wonderful addition, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is very rural and if you want utter peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Don’t hesitate to book.

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

I spent a lovely few days at the shepherds hut. It was a beautiful and peaceful area with very little noise. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside and it worked as a great base for me to explore the Suffolk coastline. Katie and Matt gave really clear instructions for my stay and checked in while i was there to make sure i had everything i needed. The amenities were as described and everything worked as expected. Lovely hosts and a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Loved the character of the place and only sorry I did not have much time there. Am often in Felixstowe but usually only a day trip but would definitely consider staying again. Very comfortable.

Home from home touches. Thoughtful touches. Considered touches all these made the difference for a wonderful stay. If your dogs are looking for a great break this is very suitable. Excellent fencing, great doorstep walking. The town is worth a visit is 10mins in the car although you can walk off road. Big co op cafes and small independent shops. It is for those looking for a quiet time to recharge. The hosts we can not speak highly enough of them. Everything went without a hitch. We opened door air con on , music playing quietly a hamper and a lovely welcome note. Very easy to pop your bags down and begin your stay. The reviews in the guest book all read with the same appreciation of the hard work the hosts must put in. I leave this with much thanks and we shall all return .

There are no words to describe how beautiful and amazing this place is! It was peaceful, relaxing , beautiful.. amazing! The nature surrounding the place is amazing, the wild life, the things to do around in the local villages were good , the beach was not too far , and many other things to do nearby! Local Pubs, people were very friendly. We absolutely loved our stay, and definitely recommend it!

We wanted a quiet, relaxing and romantic countryside escape and that’s exactly what we got! The cabin was cosy and warm with the heaters. Outside the fairy lights are really cute and there was plenty of firewood. You can just about see other buildings but we felt lovely and secluded in our little area. Shower was good and hot, compost loo was well kept! Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much for having us!

We had a beautiful stay at Helens place. The hut was exactly as described if not better. The need was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in and I'm a very fussy sleeper. Helen was on hand for anything we needed, was so attentive but only when we requested so our privacy was respected but Helen has truly thought of everything! I can't recommend enough

Lovely & relaxing stay at Wispy Meadows in the Golden Orfe hut. Beautiful location surrounded by nature. The hut is right on the lake and overlooks a quiet golf course. There’s also an outside balcony & pergola area which houses the hot tub and outside seating by the fire. Very private and peaceful space. The hut inside was clean and cosy with a well equipped little kitchen, comfy bed and log burner. ((Make sure to bring some logs or coal of your own, as the starter pack of kindling provided will only start the fire not keep it going.)) The hot tub was amazing and made our weekend! A bit of a shame about the extra cost to use it though. ((Also recommend to guests planning on using it to bring a spare set of towels or a robe so your bath sheets don’t get wet & chlorinated.)) Overall a lovely & peaceful weekend in stunning surroundings and a beautiful little hut. We will be back for sure! Thank you 🤩

Great instructions, lovely greetings, perfect place, great quality Bedding, comfy beds, everything was provided, toiletries, towels, kitchenware, very efficient appliances, Nothing was forgotten! We sat out in the covered area just for the accommodation attached to the lovely cabin, very peaceful garden. Watch out for the Monck jacks visits, very shy. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely, relaxing long weekend at Carolyn’s place. The location is incredible, it is very peaceful and really right on the cliff - if only there was a clearing in between the shrubs in front of the hideaway, you would be able to look at the sea. Carolyn is a very kind and helpful host. She was very transparent from the beginning about the size and the logistics of the outdoor bathroom, which could be a bit problematic to some guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and we have really enjoyed cooking our dinners each evening in the warm glow of the sunset light.

Alice and Charlie were amongst the nicest hosts we’ve come across on Airbnb. They were at hand but not intrusive. Staying at the Boatyard felt secure like we were at a friend’s place and yet it was private and relaxing. My border collie Mollie refused to sit indoors after seeing the wide open spaces available to her. She sulked for 2 days straight after we got back home! My husband and I also loved the sound of the horses and birds and the fresh air. We were lucky to have warm sunshine on day 1. So, as we sipped on the bubbly the hosts had kindly left us and enjoyed the hot tub, we forgot we were in the UK! For food, we had a really great lunch at The Barking Buck (Colton) before heading to our stay. We also enjoyed The White Horse Brancaster staithe. The pub and Tesco nearby were really convenient (we had a car). During our stay we were lucky enough that a mare gave birth to a foal. One word comes to mind for this stay - MAGICAL. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!
