Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

We enjoyed our stay. There are nice walks around the area, and the general setting is very good. We walked to the local pub for a great lunch. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Check in was easy.

We had a good few days at Matthew's place, which was easy to find, and very convenient for what we wanted to do locally. Matthew is a very responsive host, and easy to get hold of. We appreciated the little touches, like a bottle of wine in the fridge after a long journey and chocolates on the pillows. Our son didn't want to leave when we left 🤣.

We had a wonderful stay in Witney. Devin was very helpful and communicative and allowed an early check in which after a long flight was much appreciated. The house was easy to find, had accessible parking and was easy walking distance to the town. The house was lovely, with 3 double bedrooms. The sitting area was large and it had a fully fitted kitchen and pretty outside area. It was also very quiet, with no traffic noise. I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Witney.

wonderful stay, cuz it was my first time using the self-service password box, I had some difficulty opening it at first. However, with the help of a passing neighbor, the issue was resolved. Everything else was great.

A lovely apartment with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole space is nice and clean. The host was really helpful too.

This place is perfect for a family visiting Oxford. Wonderful host, easy to get to the shops and into the centre of Oxford by bus. Highly recommended.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). The Garden Room was a lovely place to stay for a few nights. It’s exactly like the photos, looked lovely and presentable inside. The weather was pretty hot the last few days so we were very thankful for the fan unit. The area is lovely too, nice to walk around and get to places in the local area or walk the dog! I would definitely stay here again as it was so pleasant and comfortable. Rachel was also very responsive, helpful and friendly, especially with how last minute the request was, so I really appreciated that. Thank you!

Everything was lovely with our stay. Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean, nice and bright inside. Perfect location right in town. Comfortable beds, quiet at night, beautiful setting.
