Nice basement conversion that they keep in good condition, bathroom is pretty compact but the bed is very comfortable and we had no issues whatsoever just using it as somewhere to come back to and get our heads down over the weekend. Great location within 20 mins walk of the city centre, lovely neighbourhood (with a great plant-based café called Green Routes a few minutes away, perfect for coffee or breakfast out). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Oxford and would definitely stay here again!

We were only in Oxford for 2 nights but Chrissie’s place was exactly what we needed for a short stay. She was responsive and friendly throughout and the room was just as described. The place was easily accessible to the city centre with bus links/walkable distance. Would definitely recommend!

We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

Excellent location -safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the train station and town centre and lovely local park. Off street parking, accommodation facilities as listed, comfy double bed. Great value for money.

April provided everything that we may have needed in regards to toiletries. The light snack/ breakfast was a plus, thank you!

Odette was a friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It’s an annex slightly tucked away in a residential area. We booked it for a family party in Bletchley which was 15 minutes drive away. We enjoyed walking and cycling the paths on the canal as a bonus and would return to explore more. Thank you Odette for a lovely stay!

What can I say… literally booked an hour before as felt severely u well at the service station. Super accommodating for me, my husband and our dog Peggy. Beautiful accommodation and superb stay. Cannot recommend enough. If in the area again we will return but I imagine it books up quickly given the amazing cost and hosts. Thank you so much

We adored staying with Rosamond and Maarten. Everything was prestine and comfortable with a really cosy feel. If anything we wanted to stay longer! Easy walking distance to the centre of town and she really helped us out with an early check in and options to leave the car after check out. Will definitely be rebooking when we're back in Stratford

We had the best time staying at the Annexe. It was really clean & cosy. The location was also great & just a short walk from the town centre, which we had 2 amazing meals during our 2 night stay. Dale really went above & beyond to make sure we felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay

First time staying away overnight with our dog! Fabulous walks over the Greensand Ridge, accessed across the road and only about 50 metres along the road into fields. Lovely village and dog friendly pub. Antlers was lovely, well equipped with great breakfast bits so we didn’t have to think about it and set us up for the day. The mini wine bottles went down a treat in the evening! Nicola provided dog bowel, towel and treats (even though we brought our own) and showed us a lovely area of garden outside the private courtyard we could use for late evening leg stretch etc for the dog. Really loved the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Anita’s place. It was exactly as described and looked from the photos, comfortable, warm and relaxing. We were in the area for a 40th birthday nearby so it was a real find and so nice to come back to after our event. It was well stocked with items for breakfast/tea & coffee too which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

Another lovely stay in lovely surrounding. Emily and Mike are lovely hosts They were very kind about the use of their beautiful garden with my dog who loved chasing Milo around the garden. Thank you both again

A lovely stay in a clean, bright & private annexe. Great location for Milton Keynes Equestrian Centre, only a few minutes away from here and also almost opposite the village shop to grab supplies after a busy day

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Letitia's annexe. Absolutely gorgeous property, perfect for 2. Such a generous welcome pack, and everything you could possibly need. Did some lovely walks along the river and down to Buscot House. Letitia and Spencer were friendly and approachable but still gave us plenty of privacy. We were really lucky to have fantastic weather as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely weekend at the Loft cottage. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with very nice walks at a short distance, which is great as we had our dog with us. 5 mins away from cozy little village of Lechlade, with some nice pubs. Despite having a main road right behind, it was very quiet during the night. Good communication with the hosts and very easy check-in/out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider it again for the future.

Very good room in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. Only a bus ride away from city centre which is only 10mins ride.

They say good things come in small packages - and this is definitely the case with the Dairy! Perfect location just outside Dunchurch village, this small but perfectly formed annex was just what we needed while visiting family in the area. Although there is no kitchen the annex has everything needed to organize a light meal. Old world features with some modern touches, great shower, very comfortable (firm) bed, heated towel rail, efficient central heating and a range of tv selections. The garden of the house is beautiful and as there had been a spell of perfect weather when we visited the blossom was lovely and we loved the carpet of petals on the grass! Carina - our host - met us on arrival and the day we left, was helpful, friendly and welcoming, even providing a slice of birthday cake one evening! Highly recommended place to stay! Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

Ich war für 3 Monate in meinem Auslandsemester dort und habe mich vor allem durch die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Sebastian und Yaminah wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchte war vorhanden. Alles sehr modern, sauber und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Man war schnell an einer Bushaltestelle und hatte Supermärkte und andere nötigen Läden in Laufreichweite. Die Kommunikation mit Sebastian und Yaminah war immer sehr schnell, zuverlässig und total lieb und auch zuvorkommend und kompromissbereitschaftlich. Ich war positiv überrascht von der Modernität des Airbnbs mit Fußbodenheizung, digital verstellbarem Dachfenster, beheiztem Spiegel etc. Alles, was angegeben war wurde zu 100% und darüber hinaus erfüllt. Nochmal betonen möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft von Sebastian und Yaminah, danke!

It locates in summer town, very easy to reach by bus from Oxford city center. Th e room has everything we need. The facilities are easy to handle. The surroundings are quiet, nice but not far from the business area of the summer town. We had a good time there.
