Manor House Cottage is located in the small hamlet of Holme-On-Swale 7 miles from the market town of Thirsk which is known for its connection to James Herriott and within easy reach of North Yorkshires National Parks. Set within the grounds of the Manor House, It is a quirky upside down cottage with a well appointed modern kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with sitting room upstairs, private garden with table and chairs. There are no other holiday cottages in the grounds.

The Orchid

Explore Northallerton, and the beauty of North Yorkshire, then retreat to your own quiet little pad. 'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Fully enclosed (shared) garden, with bistro/ seating area. 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

It is spacious with a large lounge, kitchen, a double bedroom (ensuite bathroom) and a twin room. Also, a shower room with basin and toilet. Enjoy the use of your private patio seating area with views over the owners garden and pond. A larger garden area and further seating is also available for guest use. Local good pub (15 mins walk). Recently converted, the Granary provides spacious accommodation for 4 / 5 people (plus cot) and offers an ideal stop for those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors and the Vale of York in between or alternatively, is a convenient stop off for those travelling further North or South.

Set over two levels, the large open plan kitchen/dining room, shower/loo and entrance hallway are on the ground floor with a living/TV room and bedroom up the spiral staircase on the first floor. There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.
