Great 5-day stay in this clean roomy apartment. Traffic noise is not a problem & beds are comfortable. The elevator is new and the rooms have been recently remodeled. The back door is on the street on the flipside of Broad. It looks like an alley but is a street. We had issues with the front door code which Gladys quickly fixed. The subway is a 1-minute walk out the door. Independence Hall and the other historical spots are 20 minutes away. We used the train from the airport & Amtrak. and then the subway throughout our historical vacation. The "Transit" app worked great for selecting trains. Many locals volunteered to help. The neighborhood is like any big city. Mind your business and board the subway smartly and you will be OK. Most locals are friendly, and some will ask for money but just say no thankyou with a smile and move on. We used the subways from early in the morning to late at night. Immediately below the apartment complex the chicken takeout is pretty good.

The host made accommodations for me which I really appreciated. They were great with communication and very fast to respond to my questions. This listing is cozy; it is a basement location so no windows in the apartment (set an alarm to wake up). It was comfortable for one person to stay here. Street parking in south Philly can be tricky if you’re not from the area. Overall great stay for my short trip!

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Lovely 2 bedroom TWO BATHROOM condo in the heart of Philly. All the comforts of home. Gladys is a great host and communicated well. My mom and I had a great stay and will stay here again next time I’m back in Philly.

Very clean, glad there was codes to get into every door so you don’t have to worry about keys. Was able to walk to several restaurants near by and only a $10 uber to the convention center. Inside of the condo looks great!

This place is fantastic! Absolutely adorable and with killer views. Night views of the buildings all lit up on Boathouse Row and waking up to look down on crew practice is just plain dreamy. The living room has a beautiful view of the City skyline. The place is exactly as pictured. Both the bed and pull out couch are comfortable. Parking is a breeze....day, night, and weekends. I would absolutely stay here again. There is a pretty busy kitchen next door that has a lot of traffic when open, but that also means extreme ease in acquiring all the eats you need! The epitome of convenience. Also, I have to say that Jonathan is an absolute gem of a host. Super communicative, thoughtful, and fun! Highly recommend staying here!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

Great location to restaurants, stores, a park and Cooper River Park, where my son was participating in an event.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded to all questions quickly. The place looked just like the pictures, was clean, and , although parking was a bit difficult, felt safe and was convenient to downtown. This place is perfect for large groups. Each person in our group of 7 had their own bed ( and there were even additional cots in the closet space) and there were also plenty of bathrooms for us all.

Perfect location, clear check-in instructions & amenities were exactly as described. Clean and simple crash pad, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience in this AirBnB! Check-in was super easy and the accommodation was exactly as described and looked like on the pictures. You do occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors. The host Konstantinos is very kind and helpful! I always felt safe and welcome. I used public transportation to get into the city center and there’s multiple bus stops nearby. I can recommend this place!

Very easy and comfortable stay in a good location for getting around the city. Incredibly private and quiet. Gated parking was awesome.

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

Great host! My boyfriend and I stayed here to view a show at the Met. It’s literally a block way from the theater. Rui was very responsive whenever I had a question. We loved our time there and we would be happy to return again. Others would also agree as well (there’s a wall of post it from very happy guests). Thanks again!

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was easy to check in and out, instructions were very clear, and Beth was very responsive when I had questions. I liked the area because of how convenient it was. when I wanted to go grocery shopping there were three different groceries stores right next to the building(Target, Giant, and Sprouts). I didn't have to travel far to get the stuff I needed. It was a nice place to retreat to after traversing the busy city all day. The building has a pretty big gym in the basement that I liked using to keep up with my morning jogs. The only thing that concerned me at first was a faint smell in the apartment. It wasn't a really bad smell it was more like a stagnant smell that went away when I opened a windows and sprayed some fabreez. Other than that I had a nice and comfortable stay at this Airbnb.

We had a group of friends and family that stayed here for the Philly half marathon. It was very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. It was a great location, walking distance to the art museum and there were also lots of restaurants in the area as well. We had trouble unlocking the door when we first arrived and Swida was very responsive and able to help us get in. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a vacation in Camden city

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and cozy felt right at home host was very responsive and provided clear instructions loved having a washer and dryer and off street parking. My family and I even extended our stay a day because we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Elisee for a great stay!
