For Short Parties Venture to the Hobbit Hole for an additional 1 Queen, 2 Twins, & 1 fold-out Futon in front of a 55 55-inch TV. The Hobbit Hole is Eco Friendly. We saved material and kept the ceilings just 6 feet tall! Giant for a hobbit! Tall ones duck! Short Ceilings in the basement!

Within walking distance to the Sugarhouse Commons area bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown SLC, 5 minutes to the freeways, and 30 minutes to the ski resorts, this house sits in a quiet neighborhood that likes to keep it that way.
