Clean, cosy and comfortable and still feels new. Good shower and comfy beds (although my 5’6 son said the single bed was a bit short and narrow for him - the only issue as everything else was perfect). The holiday park is quiet and well maintained, we enjoyed the heated pool and dog walking area around the fishing lake. The pygmy goats are so cute!

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Gorgeous, well equipped house in peaceful surroundings. We wanted somewhere that we could unwind as a family after a busy few months with work and exams and this was perfect. Access to the pool was the cherry on the cake. Catherine and Sarah were great hosts.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean beautifully decorated, with luxuriously comfortable beds to sleep in, large fluffy thick towels. Kitchen equipment had everything Rhian’s accommodation is pure luxury.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. Lovely barn, great for a big group (we were 7 adults, 2 kids). We were in there for Christmas and the place had a lovely homely feel to it, great for the festive season. Super warm, no issues there at all. Not perfect for little kids running around (hard times floors, mini steps, very hot AGA in the kitchen etc), a few issues with low water pressure in some of the bathrooms, but otherwise spot on. Would definitely recommend, thanks for a top stay.

Was a beautiful stay in a beautiful area with beautiful sights was very clean and exactly how was described. Phillipa was very helpful and even let us check in early when asked to do so even left us some treats and left a very helpful welcome book with places to see or places to eat would definitely recommend and definitely stay again thank you

A great place to stay, Felicity quickly responded to any questions. The apartment was beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool was a bonus, great to have it to ourselves. Felicity kindly allowed our granddaughter to join us for a swim too 😊

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-equipped, and felt like home. The check-in was smooth, and John was very responsive. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Combe Hay at Georgina’s apartment and didn’t want to go home! The village and countryside around it was perfect for long walks with the dog, followed by a pint of local cider at the Wheatsheaf across the road. The apartment had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and the courtyard becomes a sun trap when the weather is good. I would definitely recommend staying here and the late check-out as standard is ideal for a leisurely departure.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!
