John was a wonderful host! His arrival instructions were detailed and super helpful, and he responded to all of my questions immediately! The Airbnb was lovely, super clean, cute and exactly what we needed for the weekend (and the backyard area was the perfect place to sit near the water and relax!). If you’re looking for a peaceful space that is still super close to everything you might want to do in Tampa, I highly recommend booking a stay here! We will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Tampa.

The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area … especially the beaches that were close by. Our grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock. We look forward to our next visit to Florida and definitely would stay here again!!!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s place! Great size for 6 or less people, walkable to many restaurants and bars, and just steps from the beach with gorgeous views!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mark’s place. It’s a lovely setting by a small lake. Mark was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The place suited our needs very well!

We're already talking about returning in November. If anything, the pictures don't do this place justice, it was so comfortable and was easily the best outfitted Airbnb I've ever stayed it. Every little thing you could want in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of, and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a number of cute little areas to take advantage of. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question. An amazing man running an amazing place.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

This home is amazing. It is very comfortable and peaceful. The water view and ability to walk down and sit on the dock over the water is incredible. The lush landscaping is so pretty. The pool and hot tub are so relaxing! There are plenty of items to help with cooking in the lovely kitchen. The artwork and decorations are very interesting. The hosts are extremely responsive to anything you may need. We had a wonderful stay and plan to use this house again when we return. Great stay. Great home. Great host.

Great place to stay! Can’t to town for a concert at the Yuengling center and was about a 20min car ride. Walking distance to the hard rock which was awesome! The house was very clean and the view was great! Michael was vey nice and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

House was in a great location 20-30 minutes away from Tampa airport and all surrounding beaches. Restaurants and grocery shops nearby within 5-10 minute. Location felt safe. House was clean and spacious. Main shower was a little difficult to use but worked well. Having the waterfront was great for sunrises and sunsets and having the pool was nice when we didn’t want to be around crowds. Family friendly. Would recommend and would stay again when revisiting the area.

Beautiful, well maintained and stocked property(toilet paper, trash bags etc)!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool! The beds were comfy home was clean and comfortable! Didn’t hear a complaint from anyone! We loved that the home was located walking distance to restaurants!

Great communication and wonderful location. Accommodations as advertised. Several manatees playing in the water right behind the unit, enjoyed that from our patio. Great bar and restaurant walking distance. Would definitely return.

An amazing stay! Stacy was so helpful and responsive. The house was so beautiful and was equipped with everything you could need. We hung outside most of the weekend in the beautiful backyard. The pool was amazing, beds comfortable, and so peaceful. Love to return for another stay.

Both the individual unit and the community/development that it is in contributed to a wonderful five week stay that my wife and I had. We were able to wake up to (or sometimes sleep through) a beautiful view of sunrise over Tampa Bay and often took advantage of that view later in the day having lunch on the patio overlooking the water. The availability of six pickleball courts in the community was a key factor in our decision to rent from Cori, and we used these courts often during our stay. The pool and hot tub were also attractive aspects of the development. We also appreciated the ease of parking right outside Cori's unit, As to the individual unit, the bedrooms were a nice size, with more than adequate closet space. The dining room table for four was quite functional, the living room, with its TV, couch and chairs, provided a comfortable way to spend our evenings when we weren't out. Cori's communication with us was outstanding, from rental through checkout.

The resort was perfect with a tiki bar and food available ( breakfast and coffee in morning) all day if you are not cooking while on vaca.Relaxing at the pool that overlooks the bay! The views of the sunset were amazing!! Clearwater beach is 30 minutes (depending on time of day) went two times during my stay Your place is lovely and I would love to return!

The unit felt a little older and dated in terms of style but it was nice. Small, but comfortable. The outdoor patio was very nice and we took full advantage. The beach access was across the street, the pool and outdoor area was enjoyable. Overall great experience and felt like home!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. This stay was exactly what we needed. Joanne even came by in person to change the battery on the keypad to enter door. (Might have been due to the recent hurricanes). Her Customer service = 5star. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, but the poolside restaurant/ bar was servicing up such great food that we ate there at least once a day. Easy walking distance to a few other restaurants and rooftop decks. Bathroom renovation is stylish & fantastic. Great place. Would stay here again. Very responsive and caring host.
